They and villagers are both antisemitic caricatures made by an antisemitic man. I'm not saying taking them out completely, I'm saying rename them and, especially in the case of the iron golem, change its features. Remove the long nose of the iron golem, give emeralds some other purpose beyond trading - not emerald armor or something memed to hell, something interesting and useful. Again, I'm not Jewish, but this is what I've heard from the Jews in the Minecraft community.
