i genuinely love how autistic the pokemon community is if im ever in a social situation unsure of how to interact with the current group im in and i find a pokemon fan i know i am in a habitable environment. theres also 543748357 ways to be autistic about pokemon because personally i can identify most pokemon by their in-game cries alone and draw almost every single one from memory, i also know the layout of mutiple games like the back of my hand and can explain the lore of the franchise overall in depth, but i also just watched an hour long video of a guy explaining how to use in game framerate based glitches in pokemon emerald to genetically create a zigzagoon that physically would only come into existence once every 8500 years of the game running and could only barely understand what he was saying while still knowing it was 100% feasible and true and he literally did it to prove the point. and SUCCEEDED. i can also watch a video of people describing how to speedrun literally any pokemon game in depth and how certain stats and team members are attributed to a better speedrun, things i wouldnt have even thought to consider. i love pokemon it is amazing and beautiful. autism peace and love forever

not only are all the character portraits of EVERY pokemon in the original pmd games in here - theres hundreds of fanmade ones for pokemon that didn’t have full expression sets, newer gen pokemon (even alolan/hissuian forms!!) and shiny versions too! please go check them out and be sure to credit them if you use one!

The trope where a character overhears something out of context and assumes the worst is usually annoying and bad but I really think it works well in Shrek

We, the audience, know that Fiona is talking about herself but, regardless, she’s calling herself these terrible things because she is an ogre. If Fiona is these things because she is is an ogre what does that make Shrek?

If Fiona says no one could love her because she is an ogre, she is saying that Shrek is also unloveable whether she wants to or not.

Imo the scene is a really good portrayal of how when you talk poorly of yourself or others for having a trait, you’re also talking about every other person who shares that trait; even if you love them or think what you’re saying doesn’t apply to them.
