Let’s take note of the little details on this, that speak volumes. It’s not “I’m afraid I would be a bad person.”, which would imply a basic, tiny modicum of remorse or introspection.
He’s afraid of the label. Even if that’s not what he consciously intended to write, it’s what he unconsciously means.
His concern lies solely with his public image, his reputation, his ego.
And this is why we don’t trust men. Especially the self-proclaimed “good” ones.
Good people don’t need to speak of their goodness. Their goodness speaks for itself.

He doesn't need more money so he doesn't see the point in robbing a bank. He doesn't want to kill anyone so he doesn't see the point in doing that. He does see the point in rape though, the point is he hates women so very much that he would rape just any ole woman. Not even a specific woman he has reason to hate. Just. Any random woman. And with no condom to ensure that he's maximized the pain and trauma to this hypothetical woman.
He is a bad person. Hatred makes you a bad person. Anyways, unlike him I am not afraid of being labeled and would kill this man even if there *were* consequences, situation permitting.
