15: There’s no getting away from gluten!! It’s in ALL the yummy food I’ve grown up eating - Samosas, Vada Pav, Croissants and Hakka Noodles to Pizzas, Burgers, Rotis, and more. But, I have no choice. Because gluten triggers - you guessed it! - inflammation and therefore my pain. I’ll admit it was hard to get my head around avoiding gluten. But I finally realised that I had to pretty much stop eating the way I used to and find alternatives for EVERYTHING I liked.
