What do you do when you're feeling under the weather? I double down on my self care! I know my body is detoxing and removing impurities and whatever else is not serving me right now, so I'm doing what I can to help my body through the process! ☕️ I drank 2 T apple cider vinegar + juice of one lemon 🍋 + honey and hot water when I woke up! Then I used a netipot to help clear my sinuses, then ran out to get this magical stuff to help draw more toxins out of my body! And guess what?! They only had one jar left! It was clearly meant to be mine! What a lucky day 🌟so now I'm sitting in a salt bath (epsom salt + pink Himalayan sea salt + essential oils) allowing my body to relax, open and release! When I'm done I'll use the Aztec clay to make a masque and continue my self care routine! After a rough few days, Spirit knew I needed a pick me up! 🌟 I've been trying to make a habit of being more intentional this year, so I've been drawing cards each morning to set the tone for my day. Today I pulled "work your magic" for the second day in a row and I knew it was going to be a good one! A friend casually mentioned a gem 💎 and mineral show in my area, so my honey and I went to go check it out and see what was there... the second booth we went to we found this BEAUTIFUL amethyst that was just dying to come home with us! The price was crazy amazing and the gentle man even gave me the smaller chunk as a gift 🎁 Later in the day, my lunch meal was generously comp'd by the restaurant! Today for me was about being able to receive all of the abundance that the universe is trying to deliver 🤙 so grateful that my heart is open and my intentions led me to a wonderful day!
