Black 3.0 is an updated version to his very popular Black 2.0 which was invented as a way to give the public access to a cheap and effective black that rivals Vantablack, a pigment monoplozied by Anish Kapoor.

The seventh annual international gender census, collecting information about the language we use to refer to ourselves and each other, is now open until 12th March 2020.

After the survey is closed I’ll process the results and publish a spreadsheet of the data and a blog post summarising the main findings. Then anyone can use them for academic or business purposes, self-advocacy, tracking the popularity of language over time, and just feeling like we’re part of a huge and diverse community.

then the worst assassins in the history of assassinations try to assassinate him, because all of russia is slutshaming the queen he has too much power over the royal family and it’s helping revolutionaries turn people against the royals. so these idiots have him round for tea and cakes which are poisoned with cyanide, but he is magically unaffected by poison they get the dose wrong and he doesn’t die, and then he drinks three glasses of wine, which are also poisoned, and he doesn’t die, so they tell him to look at a crucifix and shoot him in the chest with a revolver when he isn’t looking, and he doesn’t die, but they think he’s dead so one of them dresses in his clothes and gets driven to his apartment to make it look like he’s gone home to hide the crime, and when they come back he gets up and attacks them, so they stab him in the side with a knife, and he doesn’t die, and then he frees himself and runs outside, so they shoot him a few times more, including in the forehead, and they wrap his body up and chuck him in the icy river, and he doesn’t go into the water, so his body is found on the ice the next day. and get this…. he died…. of hypothermia.

additionally, everyone who wasnt in the party of getting rid of rasputin was pretty bummed out when they found him and his miracle dick dead the next day and there was a pretty bangin funeral of which the royal family themselves attended. however after the tsar was overthrown a few month later they exhumed his body and burned it because the new leadership was very adamant about making sure there were no ties left to honor the old monarchy. however this dudes body had never been properly prepped for a cremation which meant that under the extreme heat his tendons and ligaments began to retract and shrink causing his dead body to move and twitch around as if still animate. according to some testimony his body actually sat up straight on the pyre, and at least one spectator fired a gun at the body and another may have allegedly died of shock.

Whenever I see other trans woman in public

I want so badly to run up to them and introduce myself and tell them I’m trans too and try to start a friendship, but it’s also dangerous to out them and myself in public, as well as hurtful to individuals to get clocked, even by another trans person. We need some kind of codeword in the community that trans people can say to each other to be like hey, I’m trans without actually saying it. I need more trans friends, people I can identify with and share something in common.

Yeah for real I have this problem all the time. For example the other day I was checking out this really beautiful trans woman she caught my attention cause of her deep voice but when I tried to talk to her she wouldn’t say a word. I think she thought I was staring at her in a bad way (she seemed like she was probably too uncomfortable to notice the two Trans Pride pins on my shirt). Like I wanna befriend all my trans sisters that I meet, but at the same time picking them out of the crowd can be like unintentionally saying “you don’t pass” and hurtful which I of course don’t want to do. i’ve seen this picture a lot lately, and usually with really negative remarks, so i wanted to clarify some things.

this is a picture from a charity fundraiser for a children’s hospital that furries had raised $3,000 dollars for.. and in 2013 numerous furry conventions raised $189,820 for charities like Therapy Pets, NARF (a native american rights fund), and many wildlife preserve funds and shelters.

so yeah this person is dressed in an anthropomorphic suit and they’re being pet by a little kid, but there’s nothing inherent sexually about this (which is what im assuming most people have concerns about). cosplayers know that people and kids approach you for pictures all the time, and honestly this isn’t that different. this is just a kid who thought they were seeing a giant stuffed animal walking around and probably got excited. chill out you guys its not like the furry is getting ready to whip out a massive animal dong and slap people with it.

Also like to point out that just this week the Texas Furry Fiesta convention 2015 raised $16,000 for the Centre for Animal Research and Education.

A bunch of people in animal costumes raised all that money to help care for big cats raised in captivity, many of whom had been abandoned, abused and illegally bred. Thanks to the furries those animals can continue to live peacefully with medical care, food and companionship for the rest of their natural lives.

I just felt it was an interesting piece of recent news to share on the subject :)

Furries are a-ok in my book.  Always have been.  Sure there are some psychos and creeps but if I judged every fandom by the psychos I’ve met in them I’d hate EVERYTHING.  Generally speaking all the furries I’ve ever encountered at cons or in the real world in general have been moderate, fun and HUGELY kind.

So, yeah. don’t be so quick to paint all furries with the same brush.

Furries have saved my butt before, dude. Furry fandom will commission you when no one else will and they’ll INSIST on paying decent prices. I’ve ranted about this before but when my back went out for like a month, I did an emergency commissions fundraiser and people were sending me $$ even knowing I wouldn’t be able to draw until I got better. They paid my rent. And they were patient angels about getting their art.
