Y'all need to watch this video. In fact, watch this one too.
Now, normally I wouldn't post anything AI. But in this one case, I'll make an exception.

Whenever I hear someone say "the woke mob" I have to stop myself from laughing because even today all I can think of is this fucking tweet
Happy Pride to the Woke Mob
I feel like a lot of people get "All Art is Political" confused with "All Art is made with Political Intentions" which is not the same.

"everyone should get more aromantic" can appeal to tumblr's sensibilities but I genuinely think everyone should also get more asexual. I don't mean everyone stop having sex, what I mean is
Sex is not essential. You can live without it. Full stop.
Not having sex isn't shameful or a sign of failure. It also doesn't make anyone boring.
You are not entitled to having sex with anybody and nobody is entitled to having sex with you.
Sex is not what makes someone an adult.
Nobody's worth is defined by how much sex they have or don't have.
Sex is not equally important to everyone.
You can have fulfilling and happy relationships without sex.
You should only have sex on your own terms, not because you feel like you owe it to someone, or because you feel like you'd be incomplete without it.
Know your boundaries around sex and be firm about them. Know how to respect other people's boundaries.
The previous point also applies when it comes to discussing sex. If someone doesn't wanna talk about it or hear about it you have to back down.
Anything can be sexual but not everything has to be sexual.
Sex should never be the most important part of a relationship. Someday, you will be elderly and unattractive and neither partner will have much of a sex drive. When that day comes, you'd better hope you have something else you love about your person besides sex and the way they look.
My partner and I have sex maybe once a month or less. Sure, we would love to have more but we both work full time at jobs that are physically demanding. Some people might be shocked by the lack of frequency, and I guarantee I have a far more fulfilling relationship physically, emotionally and intimately than some of these people have had in their whole lives. Why? Because sex has never been the most important part of our relationship and it never will be.
I think people could learn a lot about how to love a whole person from asexuals and I think people could learn a lot about the value of emotional intimacy in a non sexual context from aromantics/asexuals. Any relationship that is based primarily on physical attraction and sex is doomed to failure, probably hurting both parties a lot in the process.

alright I've got to do some quick math to explain attitudes towards AI to my boss.
we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)
please rb for larger sample size!

Honey the last time I vidited a museum exhibition on which the usage of ai was utterly blatant, I went home in a huff and promptly wrote and sent sent a two-page detailed strongly worded e-mail with sources about it
