Neil was named after this father. Nathaniel Wesninski - Nathan Wesninski. He hated his dad and ran away from him with his mom, but eventually his mom died and he had to burn a car with her corpse inside. She did everything to protect him and died doing that. His body is literally full of scars that he gained because of his father (mainly)

Barty was also named after his father. Bartemius Crouch Sr. His mother died in Azkaban for him and he killed his own dad some years later. Bartemius used the Imperious curse to control Barty however he wanted, and we can only assume he also has scars because of him.

Let's not forget that they both fell in love with a blond twin(k), that's important too
