Omg. My house is full of carbs and not good ones right now. I want eat and keep eating. I must stay faithful, I'll weigh myself on monday 😟
Today's snacks. Cracker with some cream cheese, almonds, cherries, applesause with no sugar in it and unsweeted cinamon tea. I'm going to pass the rest of the day cleaning my room. Now that i feel better and i'm able to focus on things, I'll start to work on my art but first i need everything clean. I'm feeling a bit excited for it even though it is scary.
Today's lunch. Quinoa mixed with corn and onion, carrot salad with tomato, some roast chicken and avocado. 🐒

Hello guys. Good morning🌻 I'm planning to have a smoothie for breakfast on the next five days. I brought a personal blender yesterday and already prepared and packed some of them. This one contain a banana and a half, blueberrys, a tablespoon of honey, celery, parsley, arugula, coconut milk, some vanilla extract and water. I've been feeling a lot better. This week i went to vist my aunt and she lives in a beautiful and interesting zone i've always wanted to walk around and meet. Well, this time I did it and felt really good.
