i keep seeing posts talking about those significant scenes that change the way they view a pairing/ship. and when it comes to teen wolf and sciles? it's always the same moments. like stiles' phone call and scott doing everything in his power to find him, or scott taking stiles' pain after he whacks his hand off the jeep. and don't get me wrong, those are crucial scenes, but for me? the real trajectory shift was this tiny, two second moment in 02x12 (master plan).

when stiles jumps out of the jeep and immediately runs to hide behind scott ?? scott just instinctively guiding him ?? oh. it's such a small detail, but the trust and protectiveness. it altered my entire perspective on their relationship. idk why but this scene means everything to me.

TRIGGER WORDS AHEAD ~ SUI

In my Deep Teen Wolf thoughts so I have to let all this out

The way we became so quick to move on from Scott and Stiles both having a suicide attempt whether we don’t talk about it enough or the fact that Jeff Davis just sucks and should’ve just made these moments longer

In Motel California (3x6) we have all the wolves being attacked into envisioning their fears/worst nightmares impacting them differently and deeply, Ethan is fearful that Aiden is still trapped inside him, Boyd is overcome with guilt over him thinking it’s his fault his sister died and in turn having his own attempt, Issac is encased in fear and trauma over thinking he is still trapped in the freezer with his dad still coming to get him and then we have Scott fully ready to take his own life, covering himself in gasoline and using the one thing that could’ve saved him as the tool that will aid him to his goal due to his insecurities of not being enough, the pain of believing everything is his fault and it would been better if he wasn’t bite but then him wanting to go back to who he used to be (just a kid slowly getting by with his best friend trying his best) but in the same sense not being good enough to go back to who he was before and to just simply stop, then Stiles willing joins him in this whether he was talking him out of it and managed to grip the flare out of his hand he still was ready to go out with him because he understood everything he was saying to the point where if it weren’t for being physically pushed and let’s face it saved by Lydia there’s a chance of not getting Scott out of that but we just moved on like it was nothing and the fact that we were forced to focus on Derek/Jennifer as well adds to the feelings Scott was expressing that he didn’t matter and dampening everything he is letting out just to tell us Derek is gonna be okay just irks me so bad

Then in Divine Move (3x24) and if anything the episode before as well, Stiles repeatedly lets it known that if stopping the nogitsune takes him down to then so be it because he would rather himself die then have to keep living with all the pain he’s caused and that it is a good thing he is dying too because it means everyone else will be safer without him and makes dealing with the problem at hand much easier, he completely stopped caring about how he was getting out of this and just accepted he wouldn’t. Even with another reminder from Scott that the goal IS to save him, we get to this scene where he is going to take his own life so everyone else can get out of the trap and if it wasn’t for the illusion he would’ve still gone through with it because no one had actually gotten through to him to stop it from happening, he didn’t know if it was going to work, their was a chance it actually could’ve made things worse but he was still willing to go through with it just to save everyone else in that moment, then Aidan dies and you can see on his face the guilt with him thinking it’s all his fault and he will believe it could’ve been stopped if they moved faster or did something different and then again we just move on from it, I get the end of a season and everything so new issues to face but it just hurts that we couldn’t just take a moment and realise what it is they move struggle with

Both moments flesh out their characters so beautifully and really let’s you in to them much deeper, I just wish the scenes didn’t happen then was gone a second later so we could really address these issues but nope once again Jeff sucks

i feel there's something so romantic about the doctor and river's relationship basically just being the biggest paradox. they're eternally looping around each other quoting each other influencing each other refreshing events so they can do it all again. they are the universe's favourite story that never ends.

Ok, so imagine if Allison and Scott went on a double date with Stiles and Lydia. But instead as the date goes on Scott and Stiles end up getting together while Allison and Lydia get together. 💅🏻💗
