Bonus:
I've probably said this before, actually I'm sure I have, but watching Dom's transformation has been an honor to watch.
I think it's beautiful and they are beautiful.
And now according to their Instagram they identify as non-binary and gender fluid.
What an extraordinary person.
I'm so happy that I was motivated to watch Wynonna Earp and grow to adore and admire Dom.
They are my hero. Truly. 🦋❤
Have you watched Motherland fort salem? If you haven't watched it, I recommend it.
I haven't but I will watch it at some point since it comes highly recommended.
Okay, Dom (they/them), okay. I'm fine.
Can you please reblog if your blog is a safe place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, asexual, aromantic, pansexual, non binary, demisexual or any other kind of queer or questioning people? Because mine is.
Does dom preferring the they/them pronouns mean that she is non-binary? I'm trying to educate myself because I know nothing about this topic
Honestly, I wish I could ask Dom personally but I think Dom is figuring it out. I have only seen evidence of Dom's pronouns changing and I can only speculate at this point.
I'm very happy that they were confident enough to include they/them/she as their pronouns.
Clearly, Dom is exploring their gender or lack thereof but I have not seen them explicitly say they are non-binary. And that's okay. Changing pronouns is a big deal and choosing to be open about that is incredible.
However, I'm not going to make assumptions on how Dom identifies. It has to come from Dom. Maybe Dom will decide to share it publicly, maybe they won't. Either way is okay.
I appreciate the ask because I'm all for people educating themselves. I would suggest YouTube if you are interested in learning because there are people who are non-binary and hearing from their points-of-view is going to be a lot more educational than my speculations. Dom also does panels for Start the Wave and they are up on YouTube if you want to hear Dom talk about their queerness.
The bottom line for me is I want Dom to be happy. I really enjoy watching their journey since the end of Wynonna Earp.
Whew. That was kind of long winded. I hope there was something helpful there and I absolutely encourage you to listen to non-binary voices because that's the best way to learn.

Have you watched Motherland fort salem?
I haven't. If someone could tell me on a scale of 1-10 how gay it is. 1 is straight het and 10 is the gayest shit ever.
Dom is beautiful.
Dom is breathtaking.
Please Reblog is Your Blog is Safe for Non-Binary People.

Dom looked way better with longer hair
Better how? Because they look WAY happier now. I can actually see the newfound freedom sparkling from their eyes as they become more of who they are and less of who others — especially fans — want them to be. There’s so much light in them now than ever before, and it just gets brighter every time I see a new picture of them. So, I’d say they look way better now.
Did I find them more attractive with longer hair? Yep, I did. But would I say that made them look better just because I’m into feminine women? NOPE. Because Dom (or anyone really) looking good or bad isn’t defined by my or anyone else’s level of attraction to them. It’s about Dom looking like Dom, and they look fucking fantastic 😍

A good thread on whether “queer” is a slur and if it should be used or not.
“If I am unashamed of being queer, you do not get to give that word BACK to the fuckwits who made it a slur.”
you do not get to give that word BACK to the fuckwits who made it a slur
EVERYBODY WHO CAME OUT BEFORE YOU HAS TAKEN THE ROCKS AND BOTTLES AND MADE THEM INTO SHIELDS AND WINDCHIMES
Holy motherfucking shit. Don’t fucking come at me about Queer is a slur. I FUCKING KNOW IT IS. It was hurled at me like a fucking spear all through my youth. I know it’s a god damn slur. And it’s mine. You don’t get to take it away from me because you can’t take also away the scars it gave me while I was standing in front of my younger queer siblings in this community.
always, always reblog this one.
If my enemy swings a sword at me and I take that sword away from them, it’s my sword now. And the person telling me I can’t use it because it belongs to my enemy and I have to give it back to them sounds quite a bit like an enemy themselves.
^^ god that analogy
@deadcatwithaflamethrower
Yesssssssssss.
This came around again, but it’s worth sharing and remembering. You have the right to only accept certain words be used to describe you, but so does everyone else.
I have this bookmarked to through at people who DM me about using the word Queer.
