This is about the sex workers who tirelessly educated the public about safe sex methods during the AIDS crisis, when the government wouldn't even acknowledge that it is a sexually transmitted disease. Sex workers have fought for liberation from the very beginning and have CONTINUED to fight. we don't get to forget that our lives are considered "deviant". we are faced with that reality every single day, but many of us keep fighting for all "deviants" to be free to love, fuck, and live.
