So I’ve heard somebody wanted to see a gif of that moment when Brian Cox was ran over by Stephen Hawking. Here it is, I hope it loads.
This gif changed my life
I think you’re forgetting the best part. This is from Monty Python Live and Brian is pointing out all the wrong science in The Galaxy Song. Stephen appears, runs him over then trundles off, singing the song.
Korrasami is canon. You can celebrate it, embrace it, accept it, get over it, or whatever you feel the need to do, but there is no denying it. That is the official story. We received some wonderful press in the wake of the series finale at the end of last week, and just about every piece I read...
my gender is “conservative haircut and crewneck tshirt”
I know this isn’t the point, but I’m laughing so hard because the first thing I thought was “Your gender is Sam or Dean Winchester?”
when I thought mako was going to die I realized I didn’t actually want him to die but with the way so many of you are acting I wish he would have just died
This is Comic Con in a nutshell.
This is the greatest video I ever watched…

After police shot and killed 22-year-old John Crawford in August for picking up a legal BB gun in a Walmart store in Beavercreek, Ohio, police detective Rodney Curd interrogated Crawford’s girlfriend Tasha Thomas for 90 minutes, suggesting she may have helped him take a gun into the store, even though Crawford had no gun. Detective Curd didn’t tell Thomas that her boyfriend Crawford was dead until the end of the interrogation, the Guardian reported. A grand jury decided in September not to indict the officers who killed Crawford.

Instead of doing actual police work, like viewing the surveillance footage, which clearly shows he didn’t bring the “gun” in with him, looking at the “gun” and determining that it is not even a fucking “gun,” inquiring as to whether the “gun” is sold in the store that sells a wide range of guns, real and toy, instead of doing that, law enforcement often do this. They simply cannot pass up an opportunity to harass, scare and scar black people, because makes them feel powerful. Which is all any of this is about.
Holy fucking shit
Woke up, half asleep, opened the door to the bathroom and my heart dropped down to my balls. Well played, roommate

One of the best moments of my childhood.
I can’t even tell you how excited I was that they turned this book into a movie and it was good
I literally have absolutely no complaints with the movie at all. Once, my friend and I did comparisons from the book and the movie, and we found the only major difference was the fact that Stanley wasn’t heavy set when he arrived at the camp in the movie. The majority of the script is raw quotations from the book. This is my favorite book to movie adaptation and it did everything Percy Jackson, Inkheart, and The Golden Compass didn’t.
And the only reason Stanely wasn’t heavy set was because in the book he loses tons of weight and eventually ends up being almost thin. The director said he didn’t want to force an adolescent boy to lose weight on such a quick filming schedule, and L’bouf’s audition was so spot on, that they decided to go with a thinner Stanely from the beginning
And I’ll support directors actually giving a crap about their actor’s health.
