I try very hard to ride the line of not saying/doing things that will get my account of 13 years terminated but it’s like.

The right wing is constantly doing vigilante shit and imposing life, interpersonal, economic, and mental consequences on marginalized folks and those who support them for the crime of existing and being oppressed. They’ll publicly lynch 16 year old Black girls, 19 year old trans girls, burn down abortion clinics, shoot up literally anywhere, destroy/damage houses, and so much more.

And we.. protest and maybe do graffiti. Organize to “vote blue no matter who” type bullshit. We don’t even punch Nazis anymore lmfao. A lot of the non-white organizers and activists who became publicly known for stuff like taking down confederate flags, action in 2020, etc. in the past decade are dead or in jail now, often likely because of vigilante/cop action.

Iunno. I’m one Black tranny cripple and my literal ability to do.. anything, anymore is minimal. But I feel like I’m losing my mind watching almost nothing happen here while elsewhere resisters are literally dismantling weapons factories piece by piece until they can’t function.

And I just know if I hop on Facebook or Twitter and scroll for a couple minutes I’ll see another lynching and no meaningful material action and I’m so fucking tired.

Service/Support Pokémon.

I have many ideas that I want to draw as a small series this month and want all of YOUR ideas for what kind of Pokémon and aid thrown at me too. From a gluten sniffing service mon for people with celiac disease to a Chatot helping autistic kids in speech therapy.

I want everything ranging from college funded emotional support Eevee's during finals to guidemons for the blind

I will take the corporate greed ridden work that Pokémon is right now and return it back to that once loved passion project by chest compressing the love of its community right back into serving said community!!

Truly though, I would love it as both a Pokémon fan and disabled person if an animated series was released on these kind of aspects. Where each episode was a different standalone story of a Pokémon aiding a person in a combination of both real world and poke world ways. Just a single 12 episode season is all I beg for.

A Luxio would be awesome to help ensure the electric fields they feel are normal and that their trainer is having an episode versus a pesky ghost type that needs to get bit for adding unneeded stress into their trainers life. It's the perfect sized mon for every day travel too

Same goes for Poochyena! Both are incredibly alert Pokémon that react to literally anything so they'd be perfect at alerting for whether or not something is or isn't there :]

This is - legitimately - my favourite delivery of Shakespeare I have EVER seen (and I have seen some good-ass productions yo, in the Globe Theatre itself even). Like seriously, even though the words are unchanged, he’s stripped away ALL of the archaic pretense and assumed grandeur of ~presenting the bard~ that makes even the most wildly talented of actors and innovative of productions inherently inaccessible to a modern audience. Like, they’re still great, they can still communicate the message and (some) of the nuance, but they’re still always a step removed from being identifiable to any viewer’s lived experience. They’re still always reciting 15th century poetry. But this guy? This guy is like, screw iambic pentameter, to hell with being precious about the material, HOW WOULD AN ACTUAL PERSON SAY THIS SHIT?

Like this. And it’s beautiful. It’s beautiful to hear a soliloquy I loved so much already, and have it come to life in a way it never, ever, did before. I feel like I grasp his motivations, his twists and turns, no longer on an academic level but on a visceral, instinctive one. Because he’s presenting his mental and emotional journey in a way that speaks honestly, like a real person.

So yeah, this shit post? I love it. Deeply and sincerely.
