I’m hooked! A little #surfing action this weekend! My first time ever surfing and First time #surfing behind @moombaboats!!! Got up my first try and stayed up! I couldn’t stop smiling! What a rush! Ok. So this is NOT an easy post for me to share, but I have to share this because I’m shocked at what I’m seeing so far at only 4 weeks in to my #contestprep. I’m about 15 weeks and 6 days out and going 💪 #strong! I’m LOVING what I’m seeing already. First photo is a week into prep and I look like crap but better than when I had started! Second photo is today, 4 weeks into prep. I’m so proud of myself right now. I’ve been disciplined and have stayed on track with my meals and workouts and the results show! So a few things. I’ve ALWAYS hated my legs. Always. After I had 3 kids I developed cellulite too on the legs and booty and no matter what I did I couldn’t get it to go away. Y’all! Over the last four weeks I’ve been working with my coach @e_pauli and I’ve followed his #diet and #workouts and I’m starting to LOVE my legs. The cellulite is finally starting to vanish. I’m pumped to see my legs in another 4 weeks! I’m excited to rock a #bikini and short shorts! Something I haven’t been able to do in a long long time. I’m looking forward to rocking that stage in October! I’m ready for a #win for my team @team_phitness! So I’m posting this too to #inspire other #women! If I can do this YOU can do this! #legday is the best day! Y’all! My face is so excited in this picture because my #legs are FINALLY starting to look good!!! I look in the mirror and I just #smile!!!! My coach @e_pauli and my team @team_phitness are seriously amazing! My coach’s workouts and diet plan is definitely whipping my #booty into shape and I’m amazed by the #results I’m seeing a month in already. My face is also excited in this photo because I get to eat one of my favorite #mealprep meals! Salmon, rice and asparagus. Yummmmm! #HappyFathersDay to the #king of our castle! This man right here is the glue that holds this family together. He amazes me with our children every single day. God placed him into the boys and my life over 7 years ago and we are truly blessed. Happy Fathers Day to a man who stepped in and took on my two sons as if they were his own blood. He has NEVER given up on them and continues to raise them as his own. He is truly one of the best role models for his children. Thankful that he gave me a beautiful baby girl who is TRULY a daddy’s girl. Our three children are so lucky to have someone who puts them first and loves them unconditionally. To a man who is our family man. We love you!

#legday #friday got me like #ouch! 3 sets of barbell split squats. Getting my first set on with Just the 45# barbell then added weight to each set after that. This workout was AFTER a million barbell back squats and single leg extensions. #shoulderday has my shoulders on fire!!!! BUT it’s so exciting that I’m starting to see the separation in the shoulder #muscles when #lifting and your clothes are fitting better too! It’s even more exciting when the people you work with are starting to notice your results! I’m blown away with the #progress I’m already seeing for my #contestprep!!!! I can’t wait to see what I look like 4 more weeks from now and at #competition time in October. Baby steps, but every little result that I see pushes me to #keepgoing!
