I’ve been trying to get into body shapes for years but finding outfits for all clothing categories and multiple ages + showerproof skins + BLOCKFEET and no vacuum sealed boobs is such a massive pain in the ass. 😩

I’ve got a pretty complete fat family collection thanks to @letomills but I’d love recs for other shapes like volgal, rengal, athletic girl, sbb, etc!!

New Hair System: Back to Maxis (Part 1 of ???)

A little while back, I switch to using actual Maxis-Match hair exclusively in an attempt to curb a hair hoarding problem and decided to recolor a bunch of Maxis Match hair in the New Hair System palette (Dynamite, Depth Charge, Incendiary, Pyrotechnic, Mail Bomb) to match my texture defaults.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Because these were meant for personal use, I replaced texture in others’ packages instead of making my own. To make things easier for y’all, I’ve included a guide of whose packages are whose here.

All meshes are included where needed. Binned with gray linked to black. 

Some of the hairs are linked to specific EPs, which are indicated in the hair guide linked above.

Dizzy’s Thumbnail Hack for UC

This is an older mod by Dizzy (dizzy2 on MTS) that stops the game from regenerating a Sim’s thumbnail/portrait every time they change their clothes, like pre-AL Sims 2.

This is not fully my work, I just edited the original code to look for your Ultimate Collection install on top of your M&G one, and if that doesn’t work then you can also place the patcher in the same spot as your Sims2EP9.exe and run it from there as administrator. 

If it keeps telling you that the file data doesn’t match, then your game is probably already patched or you’re not on the cracked executable.

Butter Cookies Edible Food and also Deco - for The Sims 2

This is a 4to2 conversion from Littlbowbub, low poly. You can use it as a functional edible box (found in kitchen-miscellaneous) from which sims can take and eat one type of cookie (it will spoil after 2 days) or as a decoration (found in deco-miscellaneous). I also added a Sewing Box version because it's canon :D

The School Project Project

I couldn't stop myself from giving this mod such an awful title. xD

This mod gives children and teenagers a chance of bringing home school project instead of standard written homework.

There are in total 6 school projects converted from TS4 Parenthood: bridge, castle, electricity, rocket, solar system and volcano.

Kids have a chance of bringing the following three projects: castle, solar system and volcano. Teens have a chance of bringing the following three projects: bridge, electricity and rocket.

Chance of bringing a school project is by default 20%, but it can be tuned in BCON "Tuning - School Project" of group 0x7FBE051B and instance 0x0000200A.

School projects take longer to finish (by about 1/4 longer), but are more rewarding, letting your Sims gain some skills, hobby enthusiasm and even badges, making school actually useful. 😉

Bridge makes your Sims gain mechanical skill and tinkering enthusiasm.

Castle makes your Sims gain creativity skill and arts enthusiasm.

Electricity makes your Sims gain mechanical skill, robotery badge and tinkering entusiasm.

Rocket makes your Sims gain logic skill, toy making badge and science enthusiasm.

Solar system makes your Sims gain mechanical skill and science enthusiasm.

Volcano makes your Sims gain logic skill and nature enthusiasm.

Skill, badge and enthusiasm gain isn't that great, but it's there.

You won't see the skill meter above your Sim's head, because apparently there can be only one meter at a time.

Sims have a chance of making school project of one of three qualities: poor, good and excellent.

The outcome depends on skill and badge corresponding the project, getting help with school project (but it only counts if it happens during quality check) and traits:

clumsy Sims will always get penalty,

technophobes wil get penalty when working on electricity and rocket,

'can't stand art' Sims will get penalty when working on castle,

geniuses and perfectionists will always get bonus,

handy Sims will get bonus when working on electricity and rocket,

artistic and avant garde Sims will get bonus when working on castle.

Bonuses do not stack. Penalties also don't. So if your Sim is genius and perfectionist, they will get only one bonus. Bonus and penalty can cancel each other out.

When making castle, your SIms will hold a crayon instead of a pencil. While working on the electricity project Sims will hold a screwdriver. In case of other projects Sims will still use pencil, because I haven't decided what else would fit. 😅

If you use smonaff’s Fall Asleep While Doing Homework, Sims who have fallen asleep can't make a project of excellent quality - it will be good at best.

Additionally, if you have @earlypleasantview's conversions of TS4 School Projects in your downloads, upon completion of a project a project will be placed in your Sim's inventory. The only exception is the castle as various qualities are recolors of the object, so you will have to manually set the recolor you want it to be.

Pool tile hider rug

If ever you struggled with how to hide the necessary pool tile for the sea/pond water mod? I have, and so has my friend @ladyvondolladay. She had an idea, and I made it a reality.

I present to you — the terrain rug. A two poly sheet with terrain paint textures that you can slap over your pool tile and hide it completely. Thank you @picknmixsims for sharing the shader info I needed to make the texture actually blend in this perfectly!

There are recolors to match all 30 maxis terrains, swatch folder is included. I chose to only do full strength, as the combinations quickly get out of hand otherwise. If you are interested in making your own recolors to match custom terrains or common blends you use, I'll include an explanation of how I did it under the cut.

You'll find it in deco/rugs, it costs nothing. 2 poly, textures are 256x256.

Credits: Calibrat who helped me with the names of terrains in English for swatch purposes. LadyVonDolladay for the original idea. @pforestsims who suggested the problem with getting texture to match might be shader related.

The textures were made by taking a screenshot of the terrain painted ground from straight above and at a level of zoom where 1 tile in game measured about 256x256 pixels. By matching the mesh size to the image size I grab, the scale of the pattern remains the same. I included a texture reference image to hopefully make it a little easier to understand what I mean.

I haven't tried with floor tile textures, but I think it would work somewhat well for them too though the mesh is just a smidge bigger than exactly 1 tile.

*I made the "contents" recolourable as last minute idea, and added one recolor for it (as a double-state subset, "contents" already have MMAT).

When the fridge is empty, and you switch recolors, it will reset the empty state visuals. Also, quite possibly re-filling empty fridge will reset food recolor to default.

I used DXT1a for recolors (aside from black), so if you wish to keep this format, use YaPe editor to preview / replace textures, 'cuz SimPe has issues with it.

Note: I recommend using SimPe DXT3 / DXT5 for textures with dark colors, if quality is important.

Miette's Cat Cafe: CC-Free Residential/Business

The indie game Calico is an adorable cat cafe simulator with character customization, interior decorating, and being able to pet/hold every single animal you meet in the game!

Unfortunately one potential downside is that Calico isn't very challenging in terms of business management - But if there's one game I know with challenging business management, it's Open for Business lol

So yeah this is basically a copy of the cat cafe from the game Calico! In that game you're able to decorate/color the interior however you want, so I took some liberties there. Also Calico's proportions aren't very compatible with TS2 proportions, so in order to not have the most gigantically empty kitchen ever built I cut it short and left an empty square in one corner.

It took quite a bit more playtesting than my lots normally do, because I don't play businesses that much and I had trouble figuring out how to make it the most like a cat cafe.

From my experimenting, it seems that the best I can do is charging visitors with an Electrono-Ticket Machine, not marking anything in the Decra-Chill Displays for sale (so they're only there as decoration), and serving desserts for free.

I mean you can mark the display cases for sale if you want, but even while using the ticket machine sims will just buy something from the display then leave. Plus they'd only be buying items, not ordering food then eating it like you would irl. So for them to act the most like people in a cat cafe would in real life (ie playing with the cats and eating desserts), charge them with the ticket machine then serve food for free.

TIL: ACR 2.0 was totally super broken.

So, after a rousing discussion on my Discord about ACR, Romantic Standards, various mods, conflicts, you name it, we discovered that ACR's jealousy was completely and utterly broken. Romantic Standards in, or out. Just like, broken 😂

Don't believe me? Check out this otherwise vanilla folder test, in which using the "casual" interactions menu, Don Lothario can waltz up to Nina Caliente and kiss, hit on, goose, whatever he likes in front of his fiance Cassandra Goth and she does not care AT ALL, until I accidentally click the vanilla Maxis "make out" interaction at the end and she finally gets mad:

So, erm, that's not great 😂 Should probably fix that hey...

(Today I also learned that I can't upload more than 1 video per post lol, but I did film a second video using the same "casual.../romantic kiss" interaction which this time resulted in immediate jealousy).

So. Yeah.

Basically, there were 2 "casual / kiss" interactions that actually worked and triggered jealousy where appropriate, which were Casual / Kiss / Suck Face and Casual / Kiss / Dance Kiss.

The rest, ZERO response. All flirts, hugs and other kisses, broken.

So, I worked out what the differences were, and I fixed them.

I have only included the socials that needed to be fixed. You still need the original ACR Controller Main files from either here or SimGiggleGirl's Romantic Standards compatible version here. But if you already have ACR, you will want to replace all of the socials with these versions.

And if anyone is curious, yes this totally works as intended alongside Midge's version of Romantic Standards. This mod is heavy and you've gotta read through the documentation, but here's a screenshot of my Romantic Standards files that work perfectly with ACR:

Miles Shirt + Trousers with Maxis Hands (for Female Sims)

An edit to powerpc's conversion of this mid-century-looking suit. For some reason I made this an entirely new outfit instead of just replacing the mesh... but I did convert it for teens and elders! Maybe someday I'll do the male version, too, but frankly there are already an overabundance of suits for men.

Sims 2 - Making tall buildings actually playable

I've always hated how the camera jumps up and down when playing tall and slim buildings. Turns out, it's really easy to fix! It’ll take you less than a minute. All the details under the cut.

All it takes is opening the LiveCamera.txt file in your Documents>Cameras folder with a text editor and changing these two parameters near the bottom to a higher value. Doesn’t matter if you're using a custom camera mod or not. Those parameters should be there. I have set mine like this (remember to save a backup just in case you don't like these changes).

It might seem a bit extreme, but I still think it’s fine.

-The top parameter, floorheightsamplerange, handles how much the floors “extend out”, so the camera object can stand on it mid-air. The higher it is, the further the floor will extend. This will make it so your camera will be able to stick to the floor you’re on, even if you pan away from the building. No more annoying jumps up and down!

-The parameter below that, floorheightsampleinnerrange, handles the transition between sticking to the current floor and dropping to the ground level once it goes past the edge. The higher it is, the smoothest the fall will be.

I’ll note though that the behaviour of these parameters might not be 100% accurate with how the game actually works, but from what I tested I think it’s pretty close as an explanation. If someone knows better how this Live Camera works, please let me know and I’ll try my best to correct any inaccuracies.

Save the .txt file and check how it works in game. It might feel weird at first, but personally I find it so much smoother and easier to handle. If you’re not happy with these values, close the game and edit those parameters until you find your sweet spot. Unfortunately, you will have to close and open the game every time you change it to check how it works.

There’s so many cool Custom Camera mods out there that I thought it’s probably better to just show how to edit those 2 parameters than editing and reuploading all of them.

So yeah, that’s it. Now you can play those tall lots without getting a headache. Go ahead and send your college simmies to that hideous Sim State Tower with a hot tub on top of it. Now you’ll be able to see what’s going on up there.

Honeygold Redux Face Edit - a skinblend(?)

I made this edit in 2023 for personal use as stated previously and I can't entirely remember what I used to create this edit but I've been thinking about it a lot and I've recalled a few things.

Based on dreadpirate's Honeygold Redux -- it uses the same files as the original skins, so you can't use them at the same time as HGR or Lilith's Marigold skins.

I think the noses and lips are a blend of the original skins and Pooklet's My Poor Lover (hence the subtle nose shine), nose definition is borrowed from Io's 0320 skins, elder wrinkles are borrowed from Nopke, the tongue texture is borrowed from SixFootBlue's Moonfruit skinblend (separated from the skins themselves by DigitalAngels), and the spotted alien face markings are borrowed from Petchy's alien spots.

If I remember correctly I did my best to eliminate artifacting on darker skintones but I can't make guarantees...

Bodies are untouched because I only cared about editing the face.

The alien skin has subtle blue detailing on and around the lips and eyelids, as well as blue gums and a blue tongue texture, because I've always hated it when skin creators forget that aliens canonically have blue blood in the Sims 2 universe and just make them green humans.

No supernatural addons because I mainly use overlays.

Ladybug Eyes - an eyeset in 36 colors, mswn v3 sclera

Based on the famous Beetle Eyes by Squea converted 4t2 by Falkii, layered with Kahlenas' Hypnotic Eyes which are based on the Window Seat eyes by Mouseyblue, then edited and recolored a lot.

The catchlight is slightly bigger, sharper, and much brighter, and the colors are more vibrant as I like eyes that have vibrant (albeit human) colors.

I made two full sets of human defaults + alien default. You get two options: dark blue as dark blue, and dark blue as hazel because I've decided that for my game having two blue colors is redundant.

If you want dark blue as dark blue, you can keep the custom hazel and toss the custom dark blue. If you want dark blue as hazel, you can keep the custom dark blue and toss the custom hazel. There's no point in having both custom and default of either.

36 custom colors - including the default colors as custom, in case you don't want to replace your defaults with these.

For the human colors you have custom only, geneticized, or geneticized and townified options. Pick only ONE. (Genetic scale is based on Maxis's and is set to 1 for brown, hazel, and dark blue, and 2 for grey, green, and light blue).

Alien colors are custom only and are not townified, their genetic values and whether or not they generate on townies can be adjusted as you see fit.

You also have the option of the custom alien colors as contact lenses, found in the blush category. They are layerable with other blushes and can be used alongside the custom alien eyes.

There are some other supernatural options but I didn't make defaults for those because I just put them on my pre-existing supernatural skins instead. Those are included in PNG form.

This set comes with a folder full of transparent PNG files and a set of PSDs that you can use for literally anything you want - resclera them, put them on your skins, edit them until they look completely different - as long as it stays free.

How to install the Sims 3 and make it run smooth

With DXVK and S3SS living their high days, older Sims 3 installment guides are rapidly starting to become outdated. So here's a brand new and up-to-date step-by-step guide to go through when you do a fresh install of your game that will help you get the best performance you could possibly imagine for this old and laggy gem of a game.

Have Sims 3 installed, but is it performing abhorrently? I highly recommend a fresh install. You don't have to delete your saves or mods. Just get yourself a fresh bin to work with by uninstalling, going into your program files The Sims 3 folder and deleting any remnant files still in there. Then follow my guide!

All of the steps to follow are below the line ->

Step 1: install your game through your respected platform.

Just follow the regular steps and install the game without adding any other stuff yet whatsoever.

(I personally have a legit copy of the Sims 3 on Steam. If you use another app and have any questions, I'll probably not be able to help you.)

Step 2: run the game once through the official launcher. Once you get to the main menu, you can quit again.

It is very important you run your game through the original launcher at least once after installing it. Not doing so can cause problems with programs like CC magic. You only need to do it the first time. After that, we'll be skipping the launcher entirely.

Step 3: Create a short cut of TS3W.exe on your desktop.

You'll be skipping the launcher from now on. This helps with performance and it starts up your game much faster. It is also important to do this because of DXVK.

You can find TS3W.exe in your bin folder. For me (Steam version) it's in this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

Right click TS3W.exe, click 'show more options' and choose 'create a shortcut'. Place this shortcut on your desktop and Run Sims 3 from there from now on.

Step 4: Run the GPU Add-on Support patcher

You can find this patcher here. It is essential to run this because Sims will otherwise not recognize your graphics card unless it's over 10 years old. This patcher helps to get your GPU recognized.

The patcher will create a new Graphicsrules.sgr and new Graphicscards.sgr for you in your bin folder. After installing this, you can move the ones that have _old behind them somewhere else (or delete them).

P.S.: if you pirate your game you'll have to do this manually, there's guides online for it but since I have a legit copy I can't help you here.

Step 5: Install DXVK

Make sure you follow this guide by Nornities and do every single step. Don't skip anything!

I'd say DXVK is pretty essential nowadays, especially if you have a modern graphics card with 6GB of VRAM or higher. It'll greatly help to keep your game stable and can prevent a lot of crashes. The way Dxvk works, is that it loads textures through your VRAM instead of your RAM. Especially when you use a lot of CC or HD textures, this will make a huge difference for your RAM usage. Sims 3 can only use 4GB of RAM at once and will start crashing once you hit the 3GB mark in your task manager. With DXVK, you will use a lot less RAM and it'll take much longer for your game to reach this hard cap.

When not to install DXVK: if you have a shitty GPU (like an integrated graphics card on a laptop, or one with 4GB of VRAM or less).

Step 5: Start up the game

Use your new desktop shortcut that also has 'run as administrator' permissions now if you followed the DXVK guide properly.

Step 6: set up all your settings through the ingame options menu

The best graphics settings for you will highly depend on what computer you're using. But there are some things you should always turn off because they negatively affect performance. I will share my (relevant) settings with you (I use a custom UI so your screen style will look a little different from mine). Click on the images to enlarge them so you can read them:

Things of note about these settings:

I recommend you play in windowed mode, especially if you plan to use ReShade. Playing fullscreen is possible, but it does make Reshade presets behave differently in your game. I will include a step in this guide that you can follow to play windowed borderless. So, when you plan to do this: make sure you set the resolution to your display resolution.

Enable object hiding helps with performance. Advanced rendering is essential because otherwise your game looks like absolute shit.

Set your High Detail Lots to any value between 2 and 4. Don't go lower or higher, because you'll get rendering issues that lag out your game.

All other graphics settings can be set to your heart's desire. I'd say start with the highest settings and only go down if you notice your frames per second are bad.

Disable shop mode and lessons and fully disable memories or use this mod to severly limit them. Disable interactive loading screens as well. These are all performance eaters. Interactive loading screen also causes crashes. Memories also don't do anything for your sim, it's just a scrap book with no in-game effects.

Disable any online mode feature. This also lags out your game. Unless you really want to use these features it's best to just play fully offline.

Save your settings, close the game again.

Step 7: Install Sims 3 Settings Setter

This is the most recent magic genie that Sims 3 was blessed with. Especially combined with DXVK it is a life changer. Installing it is simple. You download the most recent version here and drop the .asi file in your bin. Also grab 'wininet.dll' from here (the 32 bit one) and drop that one in your bin too.

Start up your game and load up a save. Once you're inside your save, you press 'insert' to open up the menu for Sims 3 Settings Setter. Go to the 'patches' tab and enable what you like. These are my enabled patches and they all work really well for me, but feel free to experiment with them to find your own performance sweet spot:

Only enable uncompressed textures if you have a GPU with at least 8gb of VRAM. My game will use over 6gb of VRAM easily with this enabled, so you've been warned.

Once you have everything you desire enabled, press 'file' in the top left corner and click 'save settings'.

Step 7.5: if you're playing windowed mode: go into the Other/QoL tab and enable 'Borderless Window'. Set it to 'Full Screen'.

Save your settings and close your game again. No need to save the game you entered for this unless you want to.

Step 8: Install Nraas Errortrap, MasterController and Overwatch

These 3 mods by Nraas are pretty much essential to keep your game from breaking down in the long run. You can download the mods here. Have you never installed a mod for Sims 3 before? Here's a guide (skip the part about Sims3pack and go straight to the part where it explains how to install .package mods).

That's it! You can now play The Sims 3 and it'll be as smooth and stable as it'll ever be. From here on, you can stock your game with more mods and CC (check out my mods masterlist!), or you can install Reshade (here's a guide).

Some important things to keep in mind while playing:

Clean up your game regularly. You can easily do this by using Regul Save Cleaner.

When you install a new mod or update/change Sims 3 Settings Setter, always restart and clear your caches.

Use CC Magic for installing CC, because it merges your files and this really helps with performance. Here's a handy guide on how to use it. Don't put your script mods in here, just your CC.

If you plan to travel to vacation destinations in the EP World Adventures, Nraas Traveler is a must to prevent most of the bugs and crashes that happen in this expansion.

Always keep in mind: mods and corrupt CC can still break your game, make it laggy or unplayable. Always be mindful of the mods you add, so you can always trace any issues you're having back to the mod causing it. I highly recommend not downloading a ton of mods in one session, but adding them step by step and see what they do to your games performance.

Use 'Reset the entire town' from Nraas MasterController at least every other sim week. It'll help clear up any lag that happens because of NPC sims getting themselves stuck routing or annoying stuff like that.

Got a slow CAS? Use Nraas MasterController Compact mode! (Make sure you have the Nraas MasterController Integration module installed). Navigate to NRaas > MasterController > Settings > CAS. Set the following to True: Show in Compact Form: Accessories Show in Compact Form: Clothing Show in Compact Form: Hats

TS3: Online Dating Sanity

This mod requires Seasons Expansion Pack and Lazy Duchess’ Mono Patcher Library to work!

This is a script mod that improves the basic aspects of the Online Dating system from Seasons, aiming to make it more helpful overall for Sims searching for love on the net. 💌

Finding Potential Matches

By default, the game has very loose filters when it comes to determining which Sims will populate the Online Dating interface. Most of the time it ends up overrun with Sims who are already in committed relationships or not even attracted to our Sim’s gender in the first place. Add to that the amount of Sims from different age groups that our Sim might find a little too old (or too young!), and we’ve got ourselves a very complete list full of Sims that we won’t be pursuing.

The mod makes the matchmaking process a little smarter by adding the following rules:

Sims within the same age group as our Sim are preferred. Sims of a different age group have a lower chance of being selected.

Homeless Sims are now eligible as potential matches, with a lower chance of being selected than resident Sims.

Gender preference is taken into consideration. Only Sims who are attracted to (or at least not opposed to romancing) our Sim’s gender will be selected.

Sims in committed relationships will not be considered for possible matches unless they have Commitment Issues or a negative relationship with their partner. - Sims who are Family Oriented or Hopeless Romantic will not be selected even if they have a negative relationship with their partner.

Note that in order for the new functionality to take place, the Online Dating system has to “refresh”. This can be done manually by deleting and re-creating the active Sim’s profile, or by waiting roughly one Sim day for it to update automatically.

Body Type

The vanilla game allows Sims to describe their physique in their Online Dating profile as Slim, Athletic or More to Love.

For some reason, EA’s original code for this feature makes it so that any Sim whose weight is above 0 (i.e. dead center of the slider) is considered More to Love, leading to some Sims being unfairly accused of lying about their appearance after even the slightest weight change.

The mod corrects this issue and makes some general changes to the body type system to balance things out:

Sims can now choose an Average Figure body type from the drop-down list when creating an Online Dating profile.

Sims have a Slim body type if their body weight is under -0.5.

Sims have an Athletic body type if their fitness slider is over 0.5, unchanged from the vanilla game.

Sims have a More to Love body type if their body weight is over 0.5.

Extras

The Online Dating UI can now display each Sim’s age:

If Battery’s Real Age mod is installed, the Sim’s age in years will be shown next to their name in the messages, profile grid and full profile.

Without Real Age, the Sim’s life stage will only be shown in the full profile. Disabled by default.

Additionally, when a Sim is directed to Check Messages, the “No new messages” dialog now shows as a much less disruptive notification in the top-right corner.

Tuning

As always, the mod comes with many tunable settings to help you adjust all of its features to your liking. Below is detailed information about each setting:

Possible Matches

Include Homeless Sims: Set to False to only consider resident Sims when populating Online Dating matches. Default: True.

Use Gender Preference: Whether to consider gender preference when populating Online Dating matches. Default: True.

Different Age Weight: Weighted chance of matching Sims who are not in the same life stage. Default: 4.

Homeless Sim Weight: Percent chance of considering a Homeless Sim when populating Online Dating Matches. Default: 2.

Relationship Level Threshold: LTR threshold for Sims in committed relationships to be eligible to populate Online Dating matches. Default: 0.

Online Dating Profile

Show Age in Profile: Displays Sim’s life stage next to their name in the Online Dating profile. Example: “Betty (Young Adult)”. Default: False.

Show Real Age in Profile: Displays Sim’s age in years next to their name in the Online Dating profile. Requires Battery’s Real Age mod, will simply do nothing if not installed. Example: “Betty, 25”. Default: True.

Slim Body Type Threshold: Negative weight slider threshold for a Sim’s body type to be Slim. Default: -0.5.

Athletic Body Type Threshold: Fitness slider threshold for a Sim’s body type to be Athletic.

More to Love Body Type Threshold: Weight slider threshold for a Sim’s body type to be More to Love. Default: 0.5.

Compatibility & Issues

The main mod file uses Mono Patcher to replace the following EA code: - Sims3.Gameplay.Objects.Electronics.Computer.CheckDatingMessages.Run() - Sims3.Gameplay.Utilities.OnlineDatingManager.OnlineDatingRecord.PopulateMatches() - Sims3.Gameplay.Utilities.OnlineDatingProfile.GetDefaultBodyType() - Sims3.Gameplay.Utilities.OnlineDatingProfile.LieAboutBodyType() - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.BrowseDatingProfilesDialog.UpdateProfile() - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.CreateProfileDialog

The main mod file is compatible with Gamefreak130’s Smartphone Dating mod. The provided compatibility package simply replaces one method to maintain consistency with my edit of the original Check Messages interaction: - Gamefreak130.SmartphoneDatingSpace.Interactions.CheckDatingMessagesPhone.Run()

The compatibility package for Battery’s Real Age mod replaces the following EA code: - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.BrowseDatingProfilesDialog.PopulateGrid() - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.BrowseDatingProfilesDialog.UpdateProfile() - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.CheckMessagesDialog.PopulateGrid() - Sims3.UI.OnlineDating.CreateProfileDialog

The mod is fully compatible with @nectar-cellar’s More Active Online Dating and Online Dating Inbox Messages, since they all modify different parts of the online dating system.

If a Sim is directed to edit their Online Dating profile, the traits section may show blank slots. This can be fixed by clicking one of the blank slots to bring up the traits picker, then hitting Accept.

Strings & Language Support

All languages are supported; the only new text added for the Average Figure body type is copied from an existing game string that hopefully fits the context well enough across all languages.

I made a small change to the Spanish text to grammatically match the other options in the body type picker. Any corrections to other languages are more than welcome.
