Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup kale pesto. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh kale leaves. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for brushing.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Place the dough that has been rolled out on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Brush olive oil on the pizza dough, and then spread a thick layer of kale pesto over it all. Spread the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese out evenly on top of the pesto. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the cheese. Then add the black olives, red onion, and chopped kale leaves. To taste, add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the pizza. After the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it. Enjoy your tasty Kale Pesto Pizza while it's still hot.
