According to this Kαtaanger, Zuko's character development is not thanks to Aaron and Elizabeth despite them writing his most important episodes. He is bryke's character, so we owe it to them especially because Bryan loooves Zuko.
Oh and Elizabeth didn't really write The Southern Raiders so it is not a Zutara episode, all 21 writers wrote it.
Fun fact: Bryke didn't even create Zuko, it was someone else. That person was also the one to suggest Zuko be a kid! Just like Aaron suggested Toph be a girl. Cameron, Aaron, and Elizabeth saved the cast fr.
