I'm Puerto Rican and this is 100% okay. Everyone in the island is making fun of hurricane Irma still to this day, so every American or other people bashing the poster for this meme can stop, if I'm not offended, don't be offended for us.
The woman in the bathroom is trans and is scared that if she comes out of the stall the women that walked in will insult or harass her. but when she comes out they compliment her on her dress instead. The add ends with saying “stress tested for women.” It means Secret is including trans women in their definition of women.
I have reblogged this three times now, each one mentioning the fact that Secret not only included a trans woman, but that they /had the other women compliment her dress and treat her with respect/. I will reblog this every time I see it because it’s so important. More companies should involve trans people in their marketing - we do exist. Props to Secret for getting in on this movement. It makes me really happy to see more of the trans community represented in daily television.
I like to think Jason is capable of replacing all of Tims coffee cans with decaf, when he finds out there's a frustrated scream in the apartment and Jason is drinking caffeine coffee with a smirk.
With all that I’ve seen in my life… I never thought of myself as innocent. How wrong I was. How naive. And how dead is that innocence I didn’t even know I possessed?
Summary: Secrecy runs deep in the family, everyone has one that they have told only their closest confident. She knew she couldn’t, because she knew that if you really wanted to keep a secret so badly, you couldn’t trust anybody and family was included in that. So, backhand or forehand? Which hurts more?

There were things she hated about Dixon Docks, and one of them was the horrid stench of the area, the warehouses are no exception. She laid on the floor, her hands tied tightly behind her back and a metal flavor overcoming her tastes and the intense pain in her body almost made her wither. In the small moments of breath she had, there was always the thought if this was how Jason felt at his own time like this; useless, vulnerable, and weak –knowing Jason, he must have had a cocky feeling also.
“Now, you’re awfully quiet and I’m hitting as hard as I can here.” He mocked, another blow to the side, a side of the bat already splattered with blood. “I would have used something more practical –like say a crowbar, but you can’t make everything perfect.”
Another strike to the side, she could feel her ribs crack by the impact and it was an excruciating pain that gained a small groan. A laughter grew louder in the echo of the warehouse as there was just a constant pain surging in her, in a point she hoped to stall him long enough, she needed a little more time.
“How could you let this happen?” Jason shouted, he was being held back by Dick who was sure that he’d start swinging at Bruce. “Greatest detective my sorry ass, answer me Bruce!”
It was a desperate moment, none of them knew where to go and all of them hoped that they would find out soon. Since what had happened, Bruce had stayed quiet and didn’t say anything to anyone that wasn’t a report from Oracle. Damian was next to his father, watching him work on different surveillances cameras to find any clue or anything that will lead him to finding the woman he loved. Tim was working also on the computer for any sign of the woman also, on the other hand, Jason was still mad that he did not get an answer and he was being held back by Dick.
“Bruce, I swear to god if anything happens to Ma. . . if you let her die by that maniacs hands, I am going to put one right in your skull.” He said to him and the anger boiled inside him when he didn’t even get a recognition of his threat. “Bruce, Bruce!”
There was a moment where Bruce had stopped typing, his gaze was on his hands before he looked at Jason. There was a thoughtful look to them, something expressing between desperation, worry, anger and other thing not even Dick knew. “I heard you, Jason.”
With those simple words, he went back to typing on the computer, there wasn’t a single word that came out from any of them. Jason lit a cigarette, Dick was waiting for some order of what to do next, Damian and Tim kept at what they were doing in the beginning and the tension in the air didn’t went away for a long time.
“Jason, can you turn that thing off? It stinks.” Tim complained.
“I hate that place, it always stinks.”
It had clicked in him, he typed in the computer for the surveillances of the docks and there it was. She had an olive jacket on, one he remembers bringing back from Bosnia a long time ago –when Jason had died, they had bought it before the incident and he also noticed that before she entered the warehouse she touched her ear before going inside. Did she had a communicator? If so, why didn’t she tell him anything? Why all the secret?
“Is she still alright?” Damian asked, he had stayed quiet all the time they looked at the footage.
There was a moment of silence as he fast forwarded the image to the current recording, nothing showed of anyone leaving or going inside.
“She is.” He said before he got up, the cowl that was hung down on his neck was pulled back up.
“When I asked the second boy idiot, he never answered me something simple.” The man said, he fixed the rubbers around his torn face to better adjust it. “Backhand or forehand? Maybe it was both, but I’d like to hear it from his mommy dearest.”
She felt something go down her nose but there was no way of her knowing if her nose was broken, she couldn’t feel parts of her face anymore and one of her eyes swelled so much it was impossible to see by it anymore. As he talked, he hit her two more times before he walked passed her to do something she couldn’t see. Everything in her body hurts, just breathing feels like hell and there was nothing she wanted most than to have a nice tea and enjoy a nice movie with her boys.
Letting out a string of breathless mumbles that caught the clowns’ attention immediately. When he got close, she was glad that there was barely any air coming from her nose because she swore she would have smelled the rotting flesh plastered on his face, she let out the same string of breathless words, this time staring at him with the only eye she could. There was a moment he looked confused, he must have heard what she had said and she was glad he did, he pulled away from her body in the ground.
“Domino? You’re already going delirious.” He said, but there was a moment where one of the dirty windows of the warehouse shattered and cry was let out. “You little- YOU-“ But before there was any more words a small thud could be heard.
A relieve went through her, she took a deep breath –a painful one but it still felt good to do so.
“You know,” A familiar voice to her said from the dark. “I was starting to think you had a collapsed lung.”
“I do.” Was the only words that croaked out from her since forever. “Thanks, Chris.”
There was a small chuckle she heard faintly, a small smile crept on her lips at the sound. “See you soon, kid.”
There was nothing more satisfying than to arrive at the destination and not have it blow up, but there was also a worry at how silent it had been since they had arrived. No guards, no traps, no anything that would seem like he expected any of them to come. When Jason and Dick had pulled the entrance it was expected for something to happen, but nothing ever did happen, instead something more bizzare came to their view. Joker was on the floor, there was blood on the floor and small splatters in small places of the floor, the woman they desperately looked for was laid on the floor tied down –it felt like a joke.
“Ma, you with us?” Jason was the first next to her followed closely by the rest of the boys. In his arms, Jason could feel her so light and cold, it was almost like having a dead body.
A small groan gave them an acknowledgement in their arrival. “Hi, Jason.” She said so quietly that if it wasn’t for the silence everyone had, they wouldn’t have heard her. “Hello boys.”
“Careful with her ankles.” Tim chided. “They’re sprained very badly.”
Damian rummaged through his utility belt before he got out some wrappings. “Let’s stop the blood before we get back, Alfred can take care of the rest.”
“There’s a first aid in the car, I’ll get it.” Tim went back to the batmobile to get the supplies.
Dick had moved away from the three boys who were tending the woman they loved as a mother, he was with Bruce who was further examining the body of Joker. He watched as Bruce put restrains on his wrists and ankles.
“He the real thing?” Dick asked, and the silence he had been given gave him more than enough to know the answer. “I don’t understand-“
“Me neither. It’s not important now.” Bruce let the topic be dead for now. “Let’s leave.”
victor frankenstein was a little bITCH and he had no degree at all, he was at college for like, a year and then he was like “lol these bitches ain’t got nothing on me” and he just got an apartment and stopped going to school so he could build a person. i don’t think he even formally dropped out, he just kind of disappeared and nobody even questioned it because that’s what you expect when some cocky asshole comes to class like “i know more than everyone in this school and one day i’m going to prove it by ending dEATH ITSELF”
