Hey I’m Jess…known in a few random places I guess as filmfinds. Basically I’m making this side blog because a couple of my IRL friends were not being the kindest about me suddenly rebloging stuff they didn’t like…and I have a spine made of cotton cady…but also now I’m free to do what I like!

It’s been a minute since I’ve watched season 2 of Fantasy High. I LOVE Ayda and Fig and they’re relationship. It’s also just now occurring to me this clip had serious Analogical vibes. A rocker tiefling and a library pirate gives me Virgil and Logan vibes, big shock.

So just wanted to drop this, but Remus and Virgil as Shane and Ryan respectively. I think it fits just too well, especially the memes.

It depends on the era of Ryan and Shane. Now Buzzfeed era? Yes, Ryan is just trying to tell his spooky tales and Shane is asking demons to choke slam him while talking about all the times he’s eaten bugs.

But Watcher era? Gotta flip those. Ryan is a giggling demon out to cause chaos and Shane just wants to talk some weird history facts and mention he saw a bird that day.

So I did a reaction/analysis of the new sanders sides ep….its about an hour and 40 minutes.

Look in my defense, the original footage was 2 1/2 hours, so I cut it down!! I didn’t get to watch the ep till after work so it was late at night and I may have babbled.

Plus as somebody whose young adulthood was pretty defined by realizing I was gay and being completely obsessed with doctor who, yeah I might have had a few things to say. I also do get pretty person at times in this, just a heads up. It was impossible not to engage with this so and not get personal for me.

Okay so we all know roleslaying ain’t coming back BUT I JUST WANNA KNOW HOW IT ENDS LIKE WHAT WERE LOGAN AND VIRGIL GONNA LOOK LIKE IN THIS UNIVERSE BREEEE HEAR MY PRAYERS. I loved it and the art and literally everything i obv don’t expect it to start again but still as a D&D lover i do wonder how it was going to end for Roman, and what the other sides would’ve looked like.. sigh

Logan was going to be a wizard harengon (bunny DnD race) in Aster Port (the northern seaside town next to the sea where Dorian’s tale took place years prior). He would help the party momentarily see the past through science mixed with magic. They were searching for the events around Roman’s birth and Youngblood’s separation from his family.

Virgil was going to be a cleric harpy who had lost his home when the bard’s college castle rose into the sky and all of the damage that caused the earth and village originally surrounding it had also damaged one of his wings so severely he could not fly. As a healer, he should have been able to heal it though… he healed so many others over the years. It wasn’t that he couldn’t, it was that he was afraid. He was afraid to fly again. So with the party, he learns to conquer that fear and once he does, he heals his wing fully and helps the party reach the bard’s college.

:3c there was obv a lot more meant to be going on with all the other characters and story at this time. But there’s just the snippet about Logan & Virgil. 💜

(I know I just commented this but I should’ve just done it as a reblogged thingy so others could see if they were curious. Thank you though for your interest in the story I was writing. It means a lot. I wish I could have finished it. I intend to flesh it out more/a lil differently, with my friends. It’ll be called Echoes of the Refrain. As somebody whose newest DND character I decided to base on Logan and who is in fact a Harengon multiclass Order of Scribes Wizard/Clockwork Soul Sorcerer this pleases me every so.

He’s the only one trusted to hold important things and is always just barely resisting the urge to murder his party because they’re morons.

Thinking about Roman he decided to take a break and become a king. It wasn’t that hard

He also finally found his very own Hear Me Out Dragon

And for Janus…here’s the witches hat from The Wizard of Oz. He wasn’t sure if Janus would care about seeing it, but it did remind Virgil of him for some reason.

But in the end, li’l Virgil realized that the day should be about him enjoying the things he really loves: being a spooky lil guy

Li’l Virgil’s Big Day Out

Part 1/2

Li’l Virgil was getting frustrated dealing with certain members of the mindscape *cough* Janus *cough* so he decided for once to take control of his life and go on a trip! Logan was always talking about how interesting museums were, maybe he could check out on of those. Sadly that meant driving for many hours, and he wasn’t going to do that without him music to block out everything

To avoid having to socialize much he decided to hide in somebody’s bag while he was out. It wasn’t the most comfy spot, but he could still breathe and see most things.

He had fun wandering around for awhile, but eventually he did kinda start missing the others..just a little…maybe. So he decided he would go around the museum trying to find something he could bring back to show all of them that they might like!

He started with Patton, easy enough you just need to find a Muppet.

He knew Logan was always trying to look for new words and phrases for his notecards, so despite the cringe of this sign making Virgil almost throw up a little he still snagged a pic of it for Logan.

Looking for stuff for the twins, Virgil was pretty sure he’d accidentally taken a wrong turn and ended up on Remus’s room? But it didn’t smell that bad so maybe he was just lost

But he finally found the perfect thing for Remus, Batman’s nipples

With Roman there was a lot to choose from. In the end though he ended up going with Wicked props
