WHY ISN'T ANYBODY TALKING ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF AFGHAN CITIZENS IN THE HANDS OF TALIBAN!!!!
A young lady was lynched in the streets of Kabul, the culprits? The Taliban!
Aren't they human enough to be worried about???
Attacks by the Taliban and other armed groups deliberately targeted civilians and civilian objects in violation of international humanitarian law.
One Taliban spokesman said, "the face of a woman is a source of corruption" for men not related to them. In a systematic segregation sometimes referred to as gender apartheid, women are not allowed to work, they are not allowed to be educated after the age of eight, and until then are permitted only to study the Qur'an.
From the age of eight onward, girls in Afghanistan were not allowed to be in direct contact with males other than a close "blood relative", husband, or in-law. Other restrictions for women were:
Women should not appear in the streets without a blood relative or wearing a burqa.
Women should not wear high-heeled shoes as no man should hear a woman's footsteps lest it excite him.
Women must not speak loudly in public as no stranger should hear a woman's voice.
All ground and first-floor residential windows should be painted over or screened to prevent women from being visible from the street.
Photographing, filming and displaying pictures of females in newspapers, books, shops or the home was banned.
The modification of any place names that included the word "women". For example, "women's garden" was renamed "spring garden".
Women were forbidden to appear on the balconies of their apartments or houses.
Ban on women's presence on radio, television or at public gatherings of any kind.
Have all the feminists of the world suddenly turned deaf or blind or both that they can't hear the Afghan women's cries of anguish or they can't see the atrocities faced by them!
The Taliban has looted, burned down and threatened the residents of the captured districts to evacuate their homes. The citizens are also being frequently abused for allegedly assisting the government. Innocent citizens have been shot and killed by the aforementioned terrorist organization for the citizens' prior associations with the government.
International humanitarian law prohibits attacks on civilians and civilian property, including looting and burning. Deliberate attacks on civilians are war crimes. The forced displacement of civilians is unlawful unless required for the security of the affected civilians or is absolutely necessary for military reasons.
Taliban is blowing up hospitals, maternity health care units and schools!
Are all the human rights activists of the world still asleep??? Are the brutalities of this terrorist organization not grave enough for their concern??? Do they need to hear some more dying wails of help of Afghanis before they realize the gravity of the situation ???
Will they wake up when the terrorists have cleared the whole country? Is it not ethnic cleansing? Are they silent because the terrorist organization is Islamic and it's victims are of the Islamic faith as well and being concerned about the suffering Afghans will not satisfy their sick propaganda? If that's the reason of silence from the global community, they should probably stop claiming themselves as humanitarians and humans altogether and just wipe themselves off of the Earth because honestly, it's damn shameful!
