Transformation Tuesday. I don't have a before shot because I got rid of every fat picture I had. At my heaviest, I was at 260lbs. Being 20 years old at 260 lbs was hell. I couldn't fit any nice clothes, I was always out of breath, I hated cameras. I hated myself. I started off slow and did portion control with food. Then I added in cardio, then I added in lifting.
