Japan Withdrawls
After having a 2 week trip to Japan, one thing for sure I do like the wide variety of hobbies you see over there. Round 1 is more different than USA Round 1. Seeing a Round 1 Japan have a skating and Segway ring, tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball court, and baseball cage. With good deals such as 90 mins for $20 of free play to any games and courts.
Train system leading nearly all major parts of Japan so easy access commuting than driving.
Alleys in all streets have shops and look safe. Biggest part I do like are the locals there are majorly kind to each other. 99% meeting kind locals (and a couple bought us food at a bar). Only encountered 1 person that was rude in a hurry to the train.
Convienent drinks everywhere when ever you need them.
Half and half parts of Japan getting rid of the penny system.
Hot springs are amazing. Never felt skin so smooth or experience a sauna so hot (tried a mountain hot spring then city hot spring). I’d prefer mountain hot springs.
To be honest does make me want to live there where people are more kinder and you don’t see too many homeless compared here in the US and encounter mostly rude people. Hardly meet kinder people here now a days.
Loving to play PC games, arcades and volleyball. Good to see those 3 are also popular there than US where not as popular. Especially arcades not as popular. For the first time, I actually see lines in arcades which I rarely see back in 90s was the last time I remember lines for arcades.
Find products and food flavors that aren’t even available to USA. For example a sling backpack by Bianchi brand. Looked up USA version website. The backpack does not exist to US. Only found in Japan. And they have good variety of flavors like Starbucks Japan having a Dark chocolate and Mango (not tea version) flavored frappuccino.
On the way to the airport on our departure flight, a flight attendant at baggage check told us we had to pick up our baggage during transfer in the next airport we land. -15 mins later walking in and seated then explored- She ran around the airport looking for us to tell us we didn’t need to pick up our checked in luggage. That is customer service dedication willing to leave her post behind just to find people she had just told from her mistake to let them know. Even the thought of looking for them to. Much better service than most customer services in US.
