I get so concerned when I see people in online mental health communities with no real-life support network. It’s so dangerous, and it’ll just make you worse.

Go talk to trusted family (if not parents, then , uncles, cousins?), counselling available at school, free support groups and meetups, etc. If you’re LGBT, or have a disability, or whatever, there might be support groups for that where you can get more general support and companionship. 

The difference having irl support makes is HUGE. 

I know you feel alone/scared/angry/lost, but having friends and loved ones looking after you can change that.

Just please find someone, or someones, who can be there when things go down. They may not be able to prevent breakdowns/crises, but at least they can keep you relatively safe and help you pick up the pieces.
