Kai was born decades after the current events of the SBP Second Star timeline. He mostly inherited the Demon Bull family traits, especially his human appearance from both Red Son and Princess Iron Fan. He has small fangs, a pair of horns and a mask that both wont grow until he is of age, and a thin tail with a bigger tuff on the end of the same fur and color of his Baba Xiaotian.
many of you already know, but the council (me and you guys) have decided that the canon fankid of Spicynoodle is Kai. Yes, Kai from Ninjago.
As for powers, Kai developed pyrokinesis for a different kind of fire than his Father Red Son (of which none of the parents have yet figured out the kind, thus making training much harder), as well as the agility of his father, and the love for swordsmanship from his aunt Mei (although they agreed he's too young to use anything close to a real blade yet). Being born in the "mortal way" he is thus not immortal like his parents, as Xiaotian wished they could give him the choice to become one once he reaches adulthood.
Let's just say the events post-pillar of Season 5 had to do with how Kai ended up in the Ninjago realm after a certain age...
When is the comic set in Ninjago? -> the AU is set after they defeat Thunderfang in S3 p2 of Dragons Rising, if Ras didnât mess with the portals and stranded the ninjas
Is (insert canon thing of Ninjagi here) -> the ONLY thing that is NOT canon in the AU is the fact that Nya and Kai are Mei and MK/Red kids respectively. They also know that they are adopted, and they stayed with Maya and Ray from when they were 5/8 to 8/11 years old, after that they were kidnapped like canon and they lived on their own until the Pilot
Is (insert ship with Kai here) canon in the comic?-> No. Iâm not focusing on any ship other than Spicynoodles and the canon one of Ninjago (Jaya and Zane x P.I.X.A.L)
Is (insert LMK/ Ninjago character here) gonna appear? -> the story is gonna be quite long. Wait (or read) to find out :)
