Hey Jeff real quick i just have a few corrections hear me out - first of all the fuck-ass lighting, second of all-

The over the shoulder kiss sketch from earlier this week was inspired by this particular scene in S3E5 - and I figured why not just go to the source material and just do a straight up screenshot redraw. Like!!! What even are those colors, they are just straight up in grey-scale. I usually like to stick close to the colorscheme of these but this was just depressing lol. So I color-corrected to give everyone a little less of a corpse-like look, un-manscaped derek and obviously re-cast his romantic interest lmao.

Watching season 3 for the first time with friends, and while I know the major beats of the plot, it's fun to see the path things take on the way!

I quite like Jennifer honestly, it's nice to see a female character on this show who's allowed to be a little quirky and have a realistic level of 'WTF' to the supernatural shenanigans that happen 😆 I think it's a waste she's immediately thrown into a romance with derek that feels very strange for both their characters - but i look forward to finding out if it's intentional or it's just another heterosexual romance we're supposed to accept as-is lmao.

Anyway knowing Derek's luck this romance is probably going to somehow hurt him in the end so i'm doing my art version of a fix-it fic 😌❤️ Although I did make his wound a little more gore-y bc while I know our baby boy has a big ol' rack, i still think a big wound like that would go down to the bone <3

Sorry for all the flickering between layers, i'll often compare things between layers or shade something and flick the layer on and off to see how it looks, but it does make the video a little tough to watch at times.

Not the most interesting sketch-wise since I'm just redrawing Derek and the angle of stiles' face was way too difficult for me to attempt to free-hand it - but maybe the coloring progress is interesting <3 It's pretty typical for how I'll try things out and redo it if it doesn't work. It's rarely a linear a-to-b for me!
