So many people are using the "Penis is a tool of oppression that is a weapon against women." Rhetoric to be transphobic and I wanna give my two cents.
Saying that it takes penis to be violent and it's a weapon is literally the same conservative patriarchal words to reduce men of accountability by saying, "Boys will be boys." "Men have their needs." And that penis is inherently what makes men sexually violent towards women, and it was designed to be specifically a tool against women. No, the problem isn't a penis and it's not something for us to fear from.
If penis is the weapon, then that makes vagina the bait, the training dummy, the receiver of violence. Vagina isn't like that, and certainly, being a woman isn't to be a victim. The body isn't at fault, it's how the mind uses it.
Penis isn't like guns and knives. It's not designed to be purposely violent. Vagina and penis are supposed to be tools of reproduction and pleasure, and the body can not misuse itself unless the one who weilds it decides to do it that way.
The problem isn't how penis is a weapon and how vagina is the one threatened by it. It's about how–in the context–men who use misuse it and weilds it like a weapon and a tool of oppression are the main root of the problem. I won't fear someone who use their vagina as a tool of stripping someone of their bodily autonomy any less than that of a penis.
