So I guess since a large amount of people on here do not know about how drag shows operate, this is a fucking drag performance. The ‘sexual performance’ is never actually described and there’s no video evidence. Drag shows of all ages can be often held at bars because, hot take here, gay bars are usually the only queer space that people are aware of that have the capability of hosting a drag show. While someone is performing at a drag show, they receive money from the audience. It is a performance for entertainment and that’s how drag performers are able to financially profit from these performances. And no, people don’t throw money at the performers like they’re strippers, but the audience simply hands over money to the performer during their act. Gay bars often hold events that are specifically all age drag shows where younger people who are interested in starting drag can have a safe place where they can perform and be mentored by seasoned kings and queens.
Of course there is no video evidence because the bar this happened at has a no cell phone policy. They name the bar that it happened and and there was no way in hell this was an all ages event, or an event where kids could learn how to do drag in a safe space

Update: For anyone who can look, I also managed to find video evidence. The dance isn’t as provocative as articles made it sound, but there is no way in hell this was an all ages event, and it still shows a child performing for the entertainment of grown ass men
