It's crazy how much life will change but then you look at a piece of pottery your friend gave you in high school and it hits you that, like....

I dunno man I have a hard time conceptualizing time as linear and progressive - things that happened in the past can feel like a different episode, a different life, so to speak, as if I'm not the same body now that I was then. But that's not true, and I can trace a path 13-15 years ago, day by day, walking backward until I remember sitting in a high school courtyard with friends I haven't seen in as long.
