These Paleo-friendly Strawberry Creme Chocolates are a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of strawberries with rich dark chocolate, creating a creamy and indulgent dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped. 1/4 cup coconut cream. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted.
Instructions: Put the strawberries, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag or piping bag; cut off the corner. Using a pastry bag, fill each tiny silicone mold about halfway with the strawberry mixture. After the strawberry mixture has firmed up, put the molds in the freezer for about half an hour. When the chocolate has solidified, take the molds out of the freezer and carefully spoon it over the strawberry filling to cover it completely. Put the molds back in the freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify, about 30 minutes more. When the chocolates are set, carefully take them out of the molds and refrigerate them in an airtight container until you're ready to serve.
