A little mini-story I whipped up about the Big Four (since Big Four content is basically non-existent nowadays). I may or may not add dialogue later, but I’ll leave them up to your imagination for now.
Storyline: The Big Four (all Guardians in this AU) were ambushed and attacked by a force of evil stronger than they have ever encountered. In the brawl for survival, Jack Frost is captured and stripped of his powers, losing his immortality in the process. He is taken to a lair where no being on Earth will be able to find him.
After the battle, the gang (Hiccup, Merida, and Rapunzel) have no idea where he has been taken and they argue about what their next move should be. Rapunzel, who shares a connection strongest with Jack, senses the grave danger he is in and insists that they move to rescue him immediately or he will surely die. Hiccup and Merida disagree, believing that Jack is being used as bait against them and acknowledging the high level danger they could all be in if they move now (they saw what the evil did to Jack and know what it could do to them as well). Hiccup argues and that they need to recover and wait for backup to arrive. Merida (attempting to comfort Rapunzel) adds that although they all are equally worried about Jack, they must be careful not to jeopardize their own lives and Guardian powers for the sake of the children and balance of the world.
But Rapunzel knows better. She knows that there is no time to waste.
Later that night, she sneaks away from the group and decides that she alone will be the one to save Jack Frost and return him home.
With help from Toothless, she braves the mission to save her beloved.
And she alone knows exactly where to find him.
How does she know, you ask?
The Man on the moon told her so.
