initially it was just supposed to be the first few people (winners of the cosplay contest) who got to take a swing but none of them cracked it open so they started passing the stick around to the crowd

additionally I think everyone should know that the owner (Dirk with sword) while stringing it up said something along the lines of “if this takes more than 30 seconds Dirk will be forgiven of all his crimes” and my footage ended up being about 10 minutes

Sooo I watched Luca and it really really reminded me of my fav DR Trio! I really couldn’t help myself from seeing the resemblance with Luca and Alberto to Taka and Mondo. The personalities, the designs, the story, the Vespa! It just screamed them. sooo i had to make an AU. Alongside, there was of course Giulia and it just kinda made sense to make Chihiro her despite how different in personality they are.

I think i did pretty okay with their designs! Im a bit iffy on Chi’s but I tried to make it a little feminine but not too much. Also in the AU i feel like the story would change to suit the lore of these three, similar but different! I might make some more art for it soon but we’ll see!

The RNC sent me a notice of official census material that was actually a fundraiser for the republican candidates running in the midterms. The paperwork was presented as being an official document required to be filled out by law, but it was patently false. This is corruption. This is meant to deceive people into giving data and money to a political party under the guise of nonpartisan census data. This undermines trust in the census, local government, and the democratic process. This is beyond disgusting, and I’m mailing back the form to tell the RNC how I really feel about their bullshit.
