#I would say I range from average to very heavy sleeper #like if you say my name or it’s an alarm I’ll wake up #but sirens or large alarms earthquakes etc I sleep through no problem #I’ve been trained to wake up to certain things but would otherwise snooze right on by #so heavy sleeper by nature and average be conditioning

I’ve seen a truly disturbing amount of “ivermectin as a treatment for COVID” in the comments/reblogs on my dash and just wanted to put it out there:

DON’T USE IVERMECTIN AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE COVID VACCINE OR AS A METHOD OF COVID TREATMENT

Ivermectin is and can be used as medication for other ailments with very explicit knowledge and advisory from a physician, but NOT FOR COVID!

Any recommendation to use ivermectin as a treatment for COVID is almost definitely from an unreliable, irresponsible, and dangerous source. Many sources that claim ivermectin as a legitimate treatment recommend very dangerous levels of consumption, so even if it were a treatment you’d be given dangerously high dosages which should never be consumed!

This probably won’t be seen by many people, if basically any at all, but please, PLEASE, do not use ivermectin as medicine without a clear and detailed consult with professional doctors and specialists!

Do not trust the words of strangers on the internet! Even if they have PhDs, they are not inherently trustworthy. Highly reputable and peer-reviewed organizations like the FDA and CDC are trustworthy and do not recommend self diagnosed medicating, especially of this nature.

Be safe, guys. And don’t listen to randos on Tumblr or any other social media. Listen to groups of doctors and professionals, listen to the boards with strict safety regulations and highly involved testing processes.

A trip one way counts as 1 time, so if you flew somewhere and then came back (for example to and from a different country on a holiday) then that counts as two trips because you boarded the plane twice. I have decided to do it this way because I have traveled one way by plane and came back by train a few times and I guess some of you probably did that too.

Also! If you can tell me in the tags how many times you traveled by plane and which country you're from I'd be very grateful! I'm curious if there is any difference depending on a size of a country/continent you're from.
