Do NOT feed any wild baby animal you find, even if it seems like itâs starving!! Take it to a wildlife vet immediately, feeding any baby animal when you donât know how to can easily cause it to aspirate. Do not ever attempt to care for injured wildlife yourself if you donât have experience, you are nottt dr Doolittle and it WILL very likely die. Also try to take as many steps as you can to prevent having to take it to a vet, as the best chance a baby animal has is with its own animal parents!!
Some small tips from someone who deals with injured wildlife a lot
"what if abusive parents.... are trying their best? are good people in bad situations? what if their children understood how hard it is to be a parent and to have to handle them? what if this shitty parentâget this, this is groundbreakingâis actually Sad and needs forgiveness?" â every fucking piece of media for some reason
A taxidermy dealer and collector from the UK, James Cranfield, has recently gotten the deal of a lifetime: he noticed an ugly taxidermy fox at an auction was actually a thylacine head! After another bidder had also realized it was a thylacine a bidding war started, but James won, paying ÂŁ60.000 for the head. The previous owner of the head had bought it at an antique market for just ÂŁ50 because the googly eyes had made him laugh.
James is planning on having scans and tests done to confirm it is a thylacine. He wants to have the eyes changed to more natural looking eyes (but the googly eyes will not be thrown away or sold, as they're part of the history of this specimen). The mount will stay in his personal collection and it will be made available for scientific research.

digital selfharm is real. do NOT check up on that ex-partner/ex-friend. do NOT reread those old messages/conversations that you know will hurt your feelings all over again or that will otherwise make you feel like shit. do NOT block evade to see if youâre being talked about. inhale. exhale. let it pass and youâll be better for it.
Itâs crazy that most people donât realize alcohol is one of the only drugs that has fatal withdrawal like the prevalence of people thinking the answer is to dump peopleâs liquor into the sink to âhelpâ them is insane
