I took today off from door dashing. I’ve been really exhausted lately but pushing through. My therapist did mention that processing the trauma I am will be very physically exhausting but I kinda brushed it off because I consider myself tough, haha.

Today was nice though. I slept in pretty late. Got some groceries and immersed myself in conspiracy theories on YouTube and tiktok.

I want to focus more on my meditation and journaling but sometimes you just need to incorporate some brain rot.

I will be working tomorrow. Hopefully a bit Tuesday as well. Probably be off Wednesday because I have other things to accomplish.

I don’t have anyone to talk to.

I haven’t felt real in days.

I’ve just been busting ass on DoorDash.

I don’t like my body.

I really want to find community somewhere because I am going through it.
