_ just what it says. I love todoroki alot I’ve been loving this man for like?? Half a year and I still do!! url origin : my username was based off of a little name game- it was something like “what’s your demonic name?”. you take the first two letters of your mom’s name, the two middle letters of what you last ate, and the last two letters of your favorite color. so i got the name haienk! then it kind of just stuck, and when i was going to make this blog i decided to use it!

favorite color : pink! ooh, and red! i’m just so drawn to warm colors hehe. red makes me feel powerful (and i look best in red hehe), and pink just makes me feel soft (maybe it’s because it’s literally white mixed with red lolol). this goes for all shades of pink and red.

I’m a huge Pokémon fan and I really like Lopunny’s design and SHES A CUTIE RABBIT. When the mega evolutions came out someone breed me a mega shiny Lopunny nicknamed Linpunny. Lin is the first three letters of my real name. It just stuck with me after that.

URL Origin: Direct translation of “Spider light” from Latin (at this point I don’t remember if it’s “Light of spider” or “Light Spiderweb” something) cause we used to have a big thing about latin usernames. Other ones we used were translations of things like “Dead Raven” and “I care about nothing,” (in my defense we were ~14) and AraNeaLux was the first one we made with some sort of optimism. At this point it’s the only thing we use. (plus it’s three groups of three letters and that’s always cool)

Favourite color: Philosophically, white and black since technically, they contain all colors and I’m indecisive. Practically, neon green and bluish purple.

Fun fact: If my younger sister was in a car accident and desperately needed a blood transfusion to live, and I was the only person on Earth who could donate blood to save her, and even though donating blood is a relatively easy, safe, and quick procedure no one can force me to give blood. Yes, even to save the life of a fully grown person, it would be ILLEGAL to FORCE me to donate blood if I didn’t want to.

See, we have this concept called “bodily autonomy.” It’s this….cultural notion that a person’s control over their own body is above all important and must not be infringed upon. 

Like, we can’t even take LIFE SAVING organs from CORPSES unless the person whose corpse it is gave consent before their death. Even corpses get bodily autonomy. 

To tell people that they MUST sacrifice their bodily autonomy for 9 months against their will in an incredibly expensive, invasive, difficult process to save what YOU view as another human life (a debatable claim in the early stages of pregnancy when the VAST majority of abortions are performed) is desperately unethical. You can’t even ask people to sacrifice bodily autonomy to give up organs they aren’t using anymore after they have died. 

You’re asking people who can become pregnant to accept less bodily autonomy than we grant to dead bodies.

i didn’t learn to drive until i was about 28! it wasn’t a matter of insecurity, it was that i knew i wouldn’t be a safe driver due to various mental health issues. once i got them treated enough, my best friend taught me how to drive in a couple months.
