NOPE if they make you happy, if you like them, they are your motherfucking friend. it does NOT matter if you met on the internet, or through school, or through some convention, or from painfully crashing into them on the sidewalk. they are still your friend.

just because you haven’t physically met them =/= they aren’t a ‘real’ friend.
