I am super bummed though cuz I feel like I should have lifted even heavier” . This continual desire for external approval about food, bodies and exercise is getting old. I’m not judging, I used to do the same thing but I knew it wasn’t helpful for my mental wellbeing and I took the steps to move on . We are NOT defined by our body composition and guess what? Weight fluctuates! We are NOT defined by what or how much we eat, and we are certainly NOT defined by our athletic ability! .
