you know how in the movie prisoner of azkaban, remus is like “lily was my friend when no one else was” or something like that? i’ve always thought that was insane cause genuinely wtf are you talking about? your friends broke the law to help you with your werewolf problem, how does lily play into this? also the line isn’t it the books so it feels like it’s not really canon.
anyways i don’t believe that this line was a mistake of the filmmakers, i actually think that remus in this scene is just lying. like he’s just making it up because he knows no one can call him on it. that’s my headcanon.

Marauders nanowrimo 2024 group is open to join!
Hello all, I've talked in the past about creating a marauders group for nano this year as an alternative to the NaNoWriMo website considering their rocky history.
This way anyone in the fandom who wants to participate can join and we can all work towards our goals together. If I get some interest and participants I'll probably make a discord too so we can all chat together and motivate each other.
This is a total no pressure enviroment! If you hit 50k words great! If not that's totally okay, so if you're unsure if you'll be able to meet the goal, or write every day, don't let that discourage you! I just want to create an environment where we can hold each other accountable and motivate each other and create community. You don't even need to be working on marauders content, just as long as you're in the fandom!
I'm using a website called trackbear. You'll have to create an account and a project to then join the leaderboard with that project you want to work on for nano. Here's the link for leaderboards and you'll just have to put in the code to join my nano leaderboard. The code is: c339423b-9395-4421-8586-9b6ed1646821 so just paste that in to join!
