Tony Stark: Not really, I went to college at 14. I never did the whole phd thing though, if your more interested in making things then discovering things just stick with a masters. Lot less effort involved as well so you can still go to parties and actually enjoy yourself.

Tim Drake: I’m just not the college type yknow?

Tony Stark: C’mon kid, do I seem like the ‘college type’ to you?

Tim Drake: Look I just can’t, okay?

Bruce Banner: I know gothams a pretty poor city, but if it’s a money thing there’s always scholarships.

Tony Stark: Plus aren’t you like the adopted son of a billionaire? I’m sure he’d pay for it if you were interested. If not then I would.

Tim Drake: You guys know I’m a high school dropout right?

Bruce Banner: Hey that’s okay, you’re definitely smart enough to finish.

Tony Stark: Yeah, we could even enroll you in midtown with Pete.

Peter Parker *finally looking away from his project to join the conversation*: Yeah! Omg it’d be so fun, I’d totally hep you out.

Tim Drake: Can we just drop this?

Peter Parker: You really shouldn’t doubt yourself man, you’re probably smarter then like all of my school. Teachers included.

Tim Drake*getting increasingly frustrated*: Look it’s just not a good idea.

Tony Stark: Why not kid?

Tim Drake: Because like all of the rogues have phds?

Peter+Tony+Bruce: What?

Tim Drake: Yeah. It’s like 98% of them. And most heroes only have like maybe an undergrad. So I could chance it but I’ve seen far too many universes where I’m a villain to risk that.

Peter Parker: Oh…

Bruce Banner: Well…

Tony Stark: Huh, I was not expecting that.

Spider-man DC crossover where instead of ending up in Gotham, Peter is in Metropolis. He ends up working as a photographer for the daily planet (he said he was 18 on his application but everyone at the planet knows that kid is like 16 max).

Peter on a rooftop near where superman is dealing with an alien threat, taking pictures of superman for an article.

Clark making sure to keep the threat away from Peter, while also posing every once in a while so Peter gets a good shot. When asked about his strange behaviour afterwards, Clark explains that the new photograph for the planet deserves to get good pictures because he’s just such a sweet kid.

Peter later that day: oh fuck Clark is superman

Having a mental breakdown because how does that man have a secret identity? He doesn’t even wear a mask! Cue the realisation that it’s not the mask protecting his own secret identity, it’s the fact that no one around him ever thought he could be spider-man.

Clark hearing about this new Spider-man guy. Assuming he’s a new superhero joining the good fight.

Later having his whole world view changed because this bright and sarcastic kid is a vigilante?! He thought all vigilantes were like Batman, and this kid is nothing like Batman.

Clark who’s finally interacting with spider-man after months of them somehow narrowly avoiding each other when they’re out superheroing. Recognising and admiring another hero who believes in protecting ‘the little guy’ (as spider-man calls them).

They then go around helping old ladies cross the road, and rescuing cats from trees together.

Clark the next day hearing Peters heart beat: oh fuck Peter is spider-man

Clark and Peter dancing around each other for weeks, having no clue how to confess what they know to the other.

They end up alone together at some point and each of the starts speaking at the same time. They then laugh and ask each other how the figured it out.

They keep rescuing cats from trees and helping old ladies cross the road together.

Clark deciding it’s time that Peter meets the Justice League. Taking Peter to the watch tower and introducing him to everyone.

Batmans dad sense starts going off, this is definitely a sarcastic acrobatic teenage vigilante without parents. Bruce has adopted Peter by the end of the day.

Metropolis, confused (and slightly betrayed) because spider-man has left them. For Gotham of all places.

Gotham, convinced there’s no way this Metropolis kid can handle their city. They’re very wrong. Everyone quickly realises that spider-man is basically just a robin with a weird name. He has a few thousand Gothamite fan pages by the end of the week.

Snippet of the one-shot I’m writing about fanfic author Tim and fan artist Damian:

Is it a little weird to write fanfiction about your family? Maybe. But weird had never stopped Tim from doing anything before. In all fairness he first started in the Batman fandom before he had figured out everyone’s identities. It was just for fun really. Then some side mentions of Bruce turned into writing RPF about the Wayne Family and suddenly Tim had amassed a huge audience online of loyal readers. When Bruce took him in he thought about giving it up, he really did, but he just felt like he was disappointing all of his readers and online friends. So he kept going. Really who could blame him though? He had been such a lonely kid and he found his community in fandom, it’s how he made friends.

Plus, he found it really funny that most of his Batman fics where written on The Batcomputer. Thats the kind of meta no other auther could achieve .

Finally writing Damian and Jason encountering a clueless Dick on patrol, very excited for how this chapter is going.

Chapter 6 sneak peak bellow

“You handled that girl pretty well, thought I was gonna have to step in at first.” His voice is light and joking, almost like he’s talking to a friend. “Didn’t think the Red Hood was known for comforting scared civilians.”

While Damian can’t see Jason’s face, he can tell he’s glaring. He had tried to make it very clear that Gotham might be the Bats’ city, but The Narrows are his territory. So seeing one of the infamous vigilantes feels like a slap in the face. Jason's hand itches to grab his graple.

An operative is invited back to teach a one off class:

AU where Damian doesn’t call all the bats by their last names and they all get really confused why.

He calls Steph, Cas, Tim, and Jason by there first names but he calls dick Grayson and duke Thomas.

One day they confront him and he gets really confused because, ‘what do you mean last names?’.

It comes out that he genuinely thought their first names were Grayson and Thomas. He then proceeds to question dick on his name for at least an hour.

Funniest part about Robin Jason canonically going to heaven is that it implies either 1) Jason didn’t kill Felipe and Bruce completely blew up their relationship for no reason or 2) you’re allowed in heaven after killing someone as long as that someone really deserved it, which would then imply that heaven itself is on Jason’s side in the Jason vs Bruce conflict.
