We have a recurring character regardless of what game we play or who GMs named Arcarius Fibwhich

He’s a gnome scientist who has a fascination with oozes, and is really eccentric. He also knows he is a character in a game, has meta knowledge (Once decided to give information over because he was aware of the fact that the character rolled a 21 diplomacy), but he takes his research very seriously.

He also ALWAYS wears or balances items on his head that are NOT hats.

Not a fourth-wall breaker (as far as I know) but I also have a recurring NPC named Bennet, who is a bartender that can make one helluva ravioli dish. He has been in 2 D&D 5e campaigns (I DMed one), is currently in a Shadowrun campaign, and as @probablygunrpgideas and @probablycthulhurpgideas have experienced, is also currently in an Atomic Highway campaign.
