@proudhag
I'm surprised that she didn't mention this, but it's not only the men in the affected zone of the conflict who take advantage of these women, it's the men who are working for the very charitable humanitarian agencies she's referring to that send people in to the zone of conflict in order to "help." multiple men who work for charities that went into Haiti after the earthquake were caught routinely refusing to give women the food and water that was meant to be freely provided unless they exchanged sexual favors for it. this also happened to mothers who were forced to let themselves be raped not only for their survival but bc the men in question were withholding these resources from their babies as well.
haiti is not the only place this has happened by a long shot, just one particular example that is at the forefront of my mind. the "helpers" can't be trusted either when they're men.
Its also near impossible to solve, because if your answer is to just send female aid workers, well then you're putting those women in danger of being raped and murdered by the men they were sent to help.
I guess you could set up two different systems, where men give out resources to men and boys, while women give out resources to women and girls but from within a guarded compound?
"rape is one of the most evil, violent, traumatizing things you could ever do to someone" room full of leftists cheer
"so re-enacting rape for sexual gratification is at the very least unhealthy" room full of leftists boo and call you a fascist prude
there’s a lot that could be said about this particular comment on the hugely homophobic post where trans feminists en masse shamed a victim of Mormon conversion therapy for not being attracted to amab people, (such as the insinuation that’s it’s always completely impossible to discern someone’s sex despite the human brain being a finely tuned pattern detecting machine that is particularly sensitive to fellow humans, and that this instinctive recognition of sex plays zero role in sexual attraction because sometimes in certain circumstances it could be guessed wrong, and that your sex being recognized is an event that happens “only once” at birth and then after this one event has no bearing on the rest of your life at all), but I think what makes me guffaw the most at this response is the confident statement that biological sex is the “metaphysical” concept, and not, you know, the belief that one can have the wrong soul gender for their body. Now who would have predicted that
Y’all are mad at trans people because of things CIS people do? Idk why I thought y’all would have some logic but I guess you showed me. It’s the same shit with the bathrooms, 90% it’s cis men being fucking creepy but y’all will blame people just trying to live their life.
What do you mean those are cis, didn't they just identity as women ? A woman is someone who identify as a woman is it not ? They're women and it's quite transphobic of you to say they aren't.
Who do you fucking think made it possible for those men to just say they're women and nobody can do anything about it ? Who pushed for self ID laws ? Cause it wasn't us I can tell you that
a woman is anyone who simply says they’re a woman, absolutely no questions asked, and if you ask questions that means you’re a terf 💕 unless it’s inconvenient for us and makes us look bad then they’re actually just cis people pretending to be women 💕
Self-ID laws were introduced and enforced by trans ideologues that exist to oppose and reverse all feminist progress, ofc they are to blame!
Losses women suffered because of trans ideology and policies:
-equal or equitable political representation
-sex segregated spaces
- women’s sports
-sports scholarships and winnings
-freedom of association
-the right to self definition and self determination
-the right to freedom of thought
You can call women any number of sexist slurs and hardly anyone will even register that you've cussed, let alone slurred. The general consensus still seems to be that there are no slurs for women, save the occasional american who will say "c*nt is the lady slur" but then immediately backpedal with "but it's just a normal word if you're british or australian."
If you point to any of the other bajillion slurs for women, you will either be told it's just a basic insult or that it's been "reclaimed," as though "reclaimed" means the oppressor group gets to use the slur in its original capacity with impunity.
My solution used to be educating more people about the reality of sexism in [current year], but maybe that ought to change. Maybe I should both educate and commit to using more mean names for men. Level the playing field a bit idk u-u
I'm so sad these comments have already been deleted but,
I LOVE YOU WOMEN PUSHING BACK AGAINST MEN ON LESBIAN SUBREDDITS
can y’all report this dumbass for spam i can’t even shit in peace bruh
what’s killing me is the blog isn’t even (afaik) radfem or outwardly terfy. it’s literally just female artists only. and thats got them pissy. they tell on themselves all the time 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
@gendiebrainrotreceipts
If jkr posted on twitter "bomb that kills and men" you would tear her to pieces. But when a trans woman says "bomb that kills all tmes (aka afabs) you eat that shit up.
hot take i guess: there’s this sentiment going around on tiktok where women are like “i know my love for shaving and makeup is influenced by patriarchal standards but im still going to do it” and a bunch of women are nodding their heads. but i don’t think just “addressing” it is enough though. i don’t think it’s good enough to recognize the problem and not want to take action to combat it. this might sound a little aggressive, i’m not trying to be rude but i don’t understand what good it is to see this is a problem but not learn to actually combat it. does that make sense? okay cool you’ve realized this is influenced by patriarchy, what are you going to do to change that standard?
no shame to those women, i definitely get where they’re coming from, i was there too, but i just wonder if they even intend to make a difference?
Feminist discussion won't move forward if feminists don't collectively lose the fear of being called a TERF.

There’s a video that just went public of a 27 y/o trans-identified male (Jarrett Vick) throwing a -literal- tantrum on a college campus in Florida, screaming at the top of his lungs from the very first point of contact with the police officer’s body camera. He repeatedly clenched his fists, screamed throughout the conversation, and at one point even jumped up and down in his rage at being referred to with male pronouns by the police officer. He was not pepper sprayed or tased (despite a post on tumblr already claiming that he was, bc TRAs don’t need any facts before jumping to defend a man in a wig), and the arresting officer even expressed concern for his safety in gen pop after he was placed in the car to be transported. This is not a video of someone who is mentally well, and a bystanding witness even testified on camera that this man has displayed violent, aggressive behavior in the past in the same general area on campus.
It really is just a video of a man in a wig screaming and demanding to have his way, y’all. I’m so tired. This is who they want you to call women btw.
