The easiest vegan breakfast so far without any processed plant milk. Well, I just wanted to avoid the much liked plant milks (rice and oat milk I used to incorporate in all recipes) and came up with a breakfast version that's totally impressed us. All you need is a bunch of bananas and water, pre-steamed oats and fruits - any fruit's ok. We've already tested it with peach, pears, apricot, kiwi, papaya, and berries including frozen cranberries. Absolutely delicious in any way you do it. Sometimes I would also add some flax seeds and goji berries. But like I said, you can't go wrong with any sweet- fruit combination. The basic thing to do though is to first mash the bananas( I use 2 per portion) and mix it well with some oats. Then add a little water just to make it a bit creamy-like. And voilà, it's done! The topping is all up to you and the options you have. I usually make it with frozen berries like cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Use as many as you like. 🍌🍓🍒🍏🍎🍇🍐🍊Bon appetite!
