no therapy every offered to her ever

having to relive her trauma and in front of high lords who used to enslave her ppl aka humans bc feyre wants her to
her father dying in front of her
locked up and trapped with a man who has stalked her, harassed her & took advantage of her state to have sex with her
her no never being respected and often her being harassed into saying yes - which is not a yes btw but a coercion and that is a no
being used as a tool by ic
being threatened by ic on multiple occasions
being dragged to a hike that damaged her mental health even more and broke her
being physically, mentally and emotionally abused and her powers exploited by ic
never being seen as a human but only as feyre’s sister or cassian’s
having no body autonomy bc they -mostly cassain, a man- chooses what she can and cannot do
the blood rite and being trapped at a place she can’t use her powers surrounded by men who can hurt her
being depressed and suicidal
being mates with a man who projects his issues onto her and gaslights her
i’m sure there’s more😐 idk if some of y’all realise how much even 1 of the things she went through can fuck someone up
most of these are ic’s doing or her parents failings
any time nesta has made a choice it has been ripped away from her
either before she even made it -ex cassian bc of the mating bond and everyone wanting her to be with him for him
or bc it wasn’t respected -ex her not wanting to live by ic rules
