I have Anger Issues. My Father have Anger Issues.

I try very much to not destroy anything valuable when blood pressure rises. I know how to deal with it. I dealt with it for over 20 years. My Father don't.

Today I put my rage on a side of a old bed we have outside. Unusable either way, and parts easy to replace. Made sure the bed was not destroyed, and you can still sit on it.

Later My Father destroyed the rest of the bed. Because he doesn't know how to deal with his rage.

Yes. He got angry at me because I destroyed the easly replacable side piece of a bed, because I was angry, because I have the same mental problem he has.

The same bed he likes to sit on, and was still usable. Because those people don't want go to Therapy.
