Oh that’s just because they’re both metropolitan bisexuals who have a lot of opinions, haha. Vegeta drops shade easier than he breathes throughout the series and Bulma is also historically very opinionated, so I just think they enjoy holding hands and using their frighteningly keen powers of observation for mild amusement when they’re out together.
