My last 3 days of activity
Yesterdays exercise. Good for day 1 of my 85 day transformation
85 days to skinny! My plan started yesterday. This mornings weigh in: 167.4lbs - let's call that my new start weight and see where I get in 84 more days
1 ❤ = 1 hour without eating
Going to collect likes on this until Sunday morning when I start my fast
