Power Push Ups - Here I'm using all four bands with the handles. You can use two bands for less resistance and also support yourself on your knees. Upper Body Workout Series Day 6 - Seated Row - you can take it to the floor if you want to change up your back training a bit. This awesome row trains the entire back - keep your core and shoulders tight, no slouching or rolling the shoulders foreward. Pull back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. I am using all the bands connected to the handles for max resistance. Again, at least 8-12 reps and 3-5 sets! #lowrow #lookgoodfrombehind #largemusclegroups #vtaper #strongbodystrongmind
