heavy on the fact that every time i listen to this song i can’t help but think of voltron. lance, pidge, hunk and keith were all ‘kids’, didn’t know what they were signing up for. i know voltron was meant to be a kids show but there was so much they really should’ve touched on. like:

-how they left earth and their families didn’t get a proper answer until years later.

-their trauma from entering a war at a young age.

-their mental health
