Absolutely love the idea of the Beifong kids being homeschooled and the Krew being the first time they've organically interacted with other people their age. The absolute potential of it.

5 young adults raised on essentially a compound (+ Kuvira who got trauma and 8 years of expreience being poor and potentially abused?) awkwardly bumbling through interactions with the first fellow teens they've met in their lives. The Krew not being that well socialised themselves, either, with the exception of Asami.

Like the shenanigans that could ensue. Of course, Korra, Bolin and the twins were shown to spar, and the twins even seem open to having them play power disk with them? I need to see that. Baatar Jr and Asami being engineers together and excluding Varrick lmao. Mako and Kuvira interactions? There's a myriad of possibilities.

Wing ans Opal are both ridiculously down bad for Korra. Wei develops a crush on Bolin and hates Bolin for it. He leaves a threatening note under Bolin's pillow telling him to get the fuck out of his house and Bolin genuinely thinks someone is going to kill him.

What about a Blades of Glory-inspired AU for Linzin and the Gaang kids?

Bumi and Tenzin are rival men's figure skaters.

Bumi is the wild, untameable womanizer who is the definition of sex on ice with a fierce confidence. He rides alone, enjoys (too much) hooking up with gals, and putting on the heat in the competitions for gold.

Tenzin is the figure skating child prodigy who skates with precision, grace, sophistication, and most importantly, perfection.

Just like in the movie, their squabbling and brawl over both of them winning the gold costs them their careers. The way back on the ice for competition is to team up.

As the world's first male-male pairs figure skating team.

Zuko was Bumi's coach. He retired after Bumi and Tenzin got banned from figure skating. After seeing Bumi do an effortless lift and toss of Tenzin (in yet another fight), he considers returning to the sport for another taste of glory and gold. One of the trainers that he's also worked closely with is Kya, who will help with choreography.

With inspiration from his Uncle Iroh's prestige as a former skater, known as "The White Lotus," Zuko developed the banned move, "The Iron Lotus."

What is it like training those two idiots?

....Yeah.

Suyin Beifong and Bataar have been the reigning champions for pairs figure skating. For years. They are lovers, they are compatible, they are soulmates on ice.

Though they've known Bumi and Tenzin for many years, they never paid any attention to them. Why? They were never competition. But now, these two DITWITS could potentially steal all the limelight away from her and her sweet Bataar!

Lin is a physiotherapist who only started attending her little sister's competitions around the time Tenzin himself got banned.

Su, sensing the immediate attraction between Lin and Tenzin, tries to persuade her big sis to seduce airhead in order to extract secrets and info.

Lin and Tenzin, respected in their fields, are still clueless and awkward dorks. Of course they can find a way to make things work...right?

Kung Fu Panda Legends of Awesomeness - "Mouth Off"

Episode 59 overall

Synopsis:

Shifu suggests that Po should take a vow of silence to help him focus, but he has problems keeping his mouth shut. So he uses Mantis' paralyzing moves to paralyze his vocal cords, which ends up causing trouble with Temutai's army.

Characters:

This episode tackles one of Po's most well known traits, talkativeness. It's a lot better scenario then making up a flaw he didn't had before. I love how Shifu explains that there's nothing wrong with talking, but it can be distracting. That's a good way to make Po learn something and not lose on of his most endearing qualities.

Mantis continues to be my favorite character from the show. I love his honesty and sass. He's a bit of a jerk, but genuinely believes in Po and helps him.

I love this one! If you like Mantis, you’ll probably like this episode!

Villain: Temutai wants to start a war over a petty dispute? That’s Temutai for you. His sons Chulun and Bataar have cute designs. Kind of weird we didn't see them before, like during the kung fu competition for kids. He took his nephew but not his sons? They weren't thought up yet. Also, Chulun doesn't have his horns yet but looks to be around the same age as his brother. He's a late bloomer!

Sokka’s Child Discourse

So I have seen a couple theories floating around of Sokka’s potential children in legend of Korra and I think it deserves to be a proper discourse - so we have

Suyin

Pros

Diplomate: we know Sokka was a council member and involved in politics and Su founded her own city

Tokka- if that’s your ship it sails here

Cons

In series Suyin grew up not knowing who her father was- implies Sokka was a dead beat

Varrick

Pros

An engineering genius- he got his dads brains

And his dad charisma and sense of human

Mind for politics- everything in season 2

Starts the show as a bit of a misogynist, but Zhou-Li gives him that respect women juice (very Sokka/Suki if I do say so

Cons

War profiteering: Sokka did not end a 100 year war for his son to start one for a pay cheque- he would have raised him better
